NCT ID: NCT05293509 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Stem Cell Transplantation

Pharmacologic Pretransplant Immunosuppression (PTIS) + Reduced Toxicity Conditioning (RTC) Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation in Inherited Hematologic Disorders

Start date: March 2, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To assess the outcomes of NRM when administering pharmacologic pretransplant immunosuppression (PTIS) followed by pretransplant reduced toxicity conditioning (RTC) and an allogeneic stem cell transplant (allo-SCT) and post-transplant graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis based on post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-Cy) in patients with inherited blood disorders.

NCT ID: NCT01235468 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Hematological Malignancies

Allogenic Transplantation of Ex-vivo Expanded Cord Blood (CB)

Start date: June 2012
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety profile and tolerability of infusion of cord blood cells expanded in the lab and to evaluated whether through the infusion of expanded cells it is possible to expedite engraftment time after transplantation.

NCT ID: NCT01138579 Withdrawn - Leukemia Clinical Trials

Study of the Trifunctional Antibody FBTA05 and Donor Lymphocyte Infusion in B-cell Lymphoma After Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation

STP-LYM-01
Start date: August 2010
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is an investigator driven, open-label, non-randomized, uncontrolled, dose escalating Phase I/II study evaluating the safety and preliminary efficacy of the trifunctional bispecific antibody FBTA05 in combination with donor lymphocyte infusions (DLI) for treatment of relapsed or refractory disease in CD20 positive either low- or high-grade non-Hodgkin´s lymphoma after allogeneic transplantation

NCT ID: NCT00972101 Withdrawn - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Infusion of Expanded Cord Blood T Cells

Start date: September 2009
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if treating umbilical cord blood with growth factors before a transplant can help to improve the body's ability to accept the cord blood transplants.

NCT ID: NCT00062543 Withdrawn - Liver Diseases Clinical Trials

Hepatic Artery Infusion of CD34+ Cells

Start date: May 2002
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective is to determine whether donor stem cells administered via hepatic artery infusion can produce liver cells in patients with severe hepatic dysfunction post stem cell transplantation (SCT) and the safety of this procedure. The secondary objective is to improve liver function and improve survival.
