Filter by:The purpose of this voluntary research study is to determine whether the parasagittal approach to lumbar medial branch (LMB) nerve radio frequency ablation (RFA) will have greater efficacy than the traditional approach to lumbar medial branch nerve radio frequency ablation.
this study will be conducted to investigate the effect of cupping therapy on the nitric oxide level in patients with cervical spondylosis
The goal of this Clinical randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of cupping combined with bloodletting in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. The main question it aims to answer is: How to remove stasis and prolong the time of promoting blood circulation. Participants will adopt the combination of cupping and bloodletting therapy.Researchers will compare massage treatment to see if the combination of cupping and bloodletting puncture is more effective in treating cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type
This study is a multicenter, prospective, double-blind, randomized controlled trial using a parallel two-arm design to investigate whether the postoperative 6-month quality of life, vertebral stability, complication of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (Kummell's disease) are better with the use of stent screw internal fixation and percutaneous bone cement reconstruction technique compared to patients undergoing traditional percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty (BKP) for vertebral augmentation
Osteoporosis is a condition that describes compromised skeletal microarchitecture in general, with clinical signs of decreased bone mineral density. Ankylosing spondylitis patients are at increased risk for developing osteoporosis. Identifying whether multiple sclerosis patients have information and awareness about this disease is crucial. This study is aimed to investigate awareness and knowledge of osteoporosis in ankylosing spondylitis patients.
The purposes of this study are to Investigate adding low frequency high intensity magnetic therapy to cervical stabilization exercises on pain intensity, function, ROM, cervical endurance, and cervical proprioception errors in patients with cervical spondylosis.
The research team designed an artificial cervical joint prosthesis suitable for subtotal resection of the lower cervical vertebral body. Previous studies regarding cadaver and animal experiments have found that this artificial joint not only retains the normal range of physiological motion of the joint, but also has good stability. Preliminary studies have shown that the designed joints are sufficiently safe and stable. The titanium materials for joints have been verified for their toxicology in long-term clinical trials and have been monitored under relevant national testing agencies in China.
To evaluate the efficacy of 3 different types of cervical disc prosthesis (Prodisc-C, Mobi-C and Prestige-LP) in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
A muti-center study to compare the safety and efficacy of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, cervical artificial disc replacement and hybrid surgery for bi-level cervical spondylosis.
A safety and feasibility study of free-run and stimulated corporal electromyography (EMG) to assess autonomic neural function during spinal and/or pelvic surgery in women and men.
