Filter by:This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the robustness and persistence of immune responses to vaccination, define factors associated with impaired immune responses and assess the incidence of COVID-19 infections in vaccinated individuals. To do this, we will collect peripheral blood from patients with lymphoid cancers before and after their COVID-19 vaccination. The blood will be explored in the laboratory for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 and T-cell responses to the spike protein. Detailed clinical information will also be collated on about their cancer and treatment.
This is a Phase 1/2a, nonrandomized, open-label, parallel assignment, single-dose, dose-escalation, and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety and clinical activity of PBCAR20A in adult subjects with r/r B-cell NHL or r/r CLL/SLL.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of duvelisib when given together with nivolumab in treating patients with Richter syndrome or transformed follicular lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving duvelisib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with Richter syndrome or transformed follicular lymphoma compared to giving duvelisib or nivolumab alone.
This study is designed to compare the overall response rate of zanubrutinib versus ibrutinib in participants with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and preliminary antitumor activity of AZD4573 in subjects with relapsed or refractory haematological malignancies.
This phase II trial studies how well an umbilical cord blood transplant with added sugar works with chemotherapy and radiation therapy in treating patients with leukemia or lymphoma. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before a donor umbilical cord blood transplant helps stop the growth of cells in the bone marrow, including normal blood-forming cells (stem cells) and cancer cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. The umbilical cord blood cells will be grown ("expanded") on a special layer of cells collected from the bone marrow of healthy volunteers in a laboratory. A type of sugar will also be added to the cells in the laboratory that may help the transplant to "take" faster.
This is a phase 1/1b, interventional single arm, open label, treatment study designed to evaluate the safety and feasibility of infusion of autologous T cells engineered to contain an anti-cluster of differentiation 19 (CD19) and anti-cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20) single chain variable fragment (scFv) coupled to cluster of differentiation CD3ζ (CD3ζ) and co-stimulatory domain 4-1BB (4-1BB) signaling domains in patients with relapsed and/or refractory CD19 or CD20 positive B cell malignancies
This is a multicenter, 2-cohort Phase 2 study assessing both minimal residual disease (MRD)-guided discontinuation and fixed duration therapy with the combination of ibrutinib + venetoclax in subjects with treatment-naïve CLL or SLL.
This is a phase II trial using a non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen followed by a related or unrelated donor stem cell infusion. The primary objective is to evaluate rates of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) grades II-IV and chronic GVHD with an updated GVHD prophylaxis of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) with a non-myeloablative preparative regimen in persons with hematologic malignancies.
This is a two-cohort, multicenter, open-label study of tafasitamab (MOR208) combined with idelalisib or venetoclax in adult patients with R/R CLL or R/R SLL pretreated with a BTK inhibitor (e.g., ibrutinib) as single agent or as part of combination therapy. Patients completing the study treatment are invited to participate in an optional biomarker sub-study.
