KRT-232 in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: December 6, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates KRT-232, a novel oral small molecule inhibitor of MDM2, for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer. This study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part 1 will evaluate two treatment arms, each with a different KRT-232 dose. Part 2 will continue the evaluation of the selected treatment arms from Part 1.

NCT ID: NCT04870112 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Evaluate Subcutaneous Durvalumab in Patients With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Small Cell Lung Cancer

SCope-D1
Start date: June 28, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study has 2 parts: dose finding and dose confirmatory. In Part 1, the dose finding phase of the study, there will be 3 or more dosing levels to find out what dose of durvalumab administered as an infusion under the skin acts similarly to durvalumab administered into a vein. 24 participants with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer will be enrolled for a 12 month treatment period and 3 months follow up In Part 2, the dose confirmation phase of the study, participants will receive the dose of durvalumab identified in Part 1 of the study. The goal of Part 2 will be to learn more about the way that the body processes durvalumab when administered as an infusion under the skin. Approximately 90 participants with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer will be enrolled; additionally, up to 10 participants with Small Cell Lung Cancer (who will receive concurrent chemotherapy) will be enrolled for a 12 treatment period and a 3 month follow-up period. AstraZeneca has decided to stop further enrollment and the study was terminated when all patients in Part 1 (Phase I) completed their last study visit. No safety issues or clinical concerns however, have been identified for this study. Part 2 (Phase II) was not initiated.

NCT ID: NCT04610684 Terminated - Brain Metastases Clinical Trials

Chemotherapy and Atezolizumab for Patients With Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) With Untreated, Asymptomatic Brain Metastases

Start date: January 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single arm, multicenter phase II trial for 60 patients with untreated extensive stage (ES) small cell lung cancer (SCLC) with asymptomatic brain metastases. Subjects will receive 4 cycles of induction treatment with Atezolizumab (1200 mg on Day 1) combined with carboplatin (5-6 AUC on Day 1) and etoposide (80-100 mg/m2 on Days 1-3). Each cycle equals 21 days. After 4 cycles of induction treatment, subjects will receive atezolizumab maintenance 1200 mg on Day 1 of each 3-week cycle. Subjects will receive treatment until disease progression, unacceptable drug-related toxicity, or withdrawal from study for any reason.

NCT ID: NCT04610658 Terminated - Clinical trials for Small-cell Lung Cancer

Immune Checkpoint Inhibition With Lurbinectedin Relapsed/Recurrent SCLC

Start date: November 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a single-arm, phase I/II trial to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD), Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D), and the safety and efficacy of the combination of nivolumab-ipilimumab plus lurbinectedin in patients with relapsed/recurrent small cell lung cancer after progression with first-line, platinum-based chemotherapy

NCT ID: NCT04596033 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

TiTAN-1: Safety, Proliferation and Persistence of GEN-011 Autologous Cell Therapy

Start date: November 11, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

TiTAN-1 is a first-in-human study of GEN-011, an experimental treatment being evaluated in adult patients with advanced cancer. GEN-011 is a T cell therapy made specific to each patient, using the patient's own circulating immune cells. First, Genocea confirms which cancer proteins are recognized already by each patient's T cells using ATLAS™. Then, immune cells that recognize these cancer proteins are multiplied many times (a process called PLANET™) to create a personalized GEN-011 cell therapy, which is given back to the patient in one or more intravenous (IV) infusions.

NCT ID: NCT04590781 Terminated - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Cancer

Safety and Efficacy of XmAb18087 ± Pembrolizumab in Advanced Merkel Cell Carcinoma or Extensive-stage Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: May 10, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1b/2, multiple-dose study designed to describe safety and efficacy, and to assess PK and immunogenicity of XmAb18087 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with metastatic Merkel cell (MCC) or locoregional MCC that has recurred after locoregional therapy with surgery and/or radiation therapy, and mAb18087 monotherapy in participants with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has progressed after standard therapies. This study was terminated by the sponsor. No participants enrolled in Part B.
