Filter by:This trial is to assess the efficacy of pembrolizumab added to concurrent chemotherapy with or without radiation therapy in patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
This is an open-label study with two parts, a Phase I study and a randomized Phase II study. This study will be conducted at approximately ten sites in the United States. Approximately 178 patients will be enrolled in this trial.
The purpose of this trial is to compare the effects of TAS-102 with either amrubicin or topotecan (drugs used in Small Cell Lung Cancer) on lung cancer to find out the effects on survival, how much time may pass without disease progression, and the safety of TAS-102.
