Digital Versus Telephone Symptom Assessment and Triage in Primary Care

A 'digital-first' approach is currently under implementation in several Swedish regions. The principles behind implementing an online service as an access way to primary care are based on an expectation that it can make access easier, direct people to appropriate levels of care, and increase both availability of heath care and cost efficiency. However, a recent Swedish report concluded that digital triage in primary care has not been investigated in a clinical real-world setting, including real patients, meaning that the benefits and risks for patients as well as on a system level remain unclear. The aim of this trial is to study the feasibility of a larger trial that will compare digital triage and traditional telephone triage on adherence to triaged health care level, in a randomized controlled study (feasibility study, RCT). The study will recruit a total of 120 patients, of which half will be randomized to telephone triage and half to digital triage.

The goal of this single arm, open-label study is to learn about the efficacy of Minayo Iron-rich Yeast Drink with SOD on females who are aged 18-35 and suffer nutritional Anemia, skin condition and Qi-blood deficiency syndrome. The main question it aims to answer is: - whether the serum ferritin level in blood is improved after the intervention 14 qualified participants will be enrolled to drink the product "Minayo Iron-rich Yeast Drink with SOD" for four weeks, once a day. Four site visits will be made for each participant so that all relevant clinical data will be captured and recorded for data analysis and reporting. Researchers will compare the final blood test result (hemoglobin concentration level, Glutathione (GSH), Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)) against the baseline to conclude whether the product will be effective in improving Anemia and skin conditions.

Coagulopathy of Immunodermatologic Diseases

This study will examine the coagulation and fibrinolysis profiles of those with autoimmune skin diseases. Blood samples will be collected from participants with active/poorly controlled immune-mediated skin diseases and mild/latent/well-controlled immune-mediated skin diseases. A one-time sample from 15 general dermatology outpatients who do not have a known or suspected diagnosis of bullous diseases, immune-mediated dermatologic condition, or cutaneous malignancy will also be collected to serve as control. Blood samples from both participant populations will be analyzed for coagulation and inflammatory markers and compared. The results of this study may help inform future studies on the utility of analyzing coagulation and fibrinolysis profiles of patients with autoimmune skin diseases.
