This study is to find out how well liquid biopsies work as a non-invasive alternative to other methods of finding cancer cells (such as a tissue biopsy) in patients with high-risk endometrial cancer. A liquid biopsy is a blood test that may be able to find cancer cells. Collecting and storing samples of blood and tissue from patients with endometrial cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors learn how the cells in the blood may change during treatment for uterine cancer.

Exercise as a Preventive Agent to Combat Immobility in Patients With Ovarian or Endometrial Cancers Receiving Chemotherapy
The purpose of this research is to determine whether a 16-week virtually supervised aerobic and resistance exercise program is feasible in patients receiving first-line chemotherapy after surgery for ovarian or endometrial cancer and if it will improve lower extremity function (function of the legs), lessen chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN; numbness or tingling in the hands or feet), and if there is any effect on inflammatory blood markers (the level of a certain marker in the blood that is associated with inflammation; redness and swelling).

Pelvic Sentinel Node According to SHREC-trial for the Application of the 2021 European Recommendations for Lymph Node Staging Strategy in Endometrial Cancer
According to ESGO-ESTRO-ESMO guidelines, pelvic Sentinel lymph node detection is suitable for lymph node staging in endometrial carcinoma of the uteri. Nonetheless, a learning curve is mandatory to ensure the surgical quality of the sampling. The aim of the study is to assess the success of sentinel lymph node detection according to SHREC-Trial surgical strategy.

An Open-label, Single Arm, Phase II Trial of Niraparib in Combination With Anti-PD1 Antibody in Recurrent/ Advanced Stage Endometrial Cancer Patients
Endometrial carcinoma is the most common malignancy of the female reproductive tract. Most cases are diagnosed at an early stage due to the appearance of symptoms such as postmenopausal bleeding. However, endometrial carcinoma carries a poor prognosis when it recurs after previous definitive treatment or when diagnosed at an advanced stage.The 5-year survival rate for FIGO III is approximately 57-66% and for FIGO IV is approximately 10-20%.The combination of PARP(poly adenosine diphosphate-ribose polymerase)inhibitors and PD1/PD-L1 has the theoretical support of preclinical molecular biology. In recent years, a large number of basic studies and preclinical models have confirmed that this combination therapy has superimposed or even synergistic effects on multiple levels.This study intends to explore the efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1 antibody combined with niraparib in the treatment of recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer.

The Role of Micrometastasis and Isolated Tumor Cells (ITCs) in Uterine Cancers (Endometrial/Cervical) Submitted to Sentinel Lymph Nodes (SLN) Procedure: an Observational Study
The role of small-volume lymph node disease (ITC and micro metastases) among patients with endometrial or cervical cancer submitted to sentinel node (SLN) procedure is not clearly defined. This study was designed to create a dataset of patients with lymph nodal disease. Data on type and volume of lymph nodal disease, therapeutic choices and oncological outcomes (DFS, OS, recurrence rate) will be collected and analyzed. This will allow to define the groups of patients who may need or for whom it can be avoided any adjuvant treatment on the basis of lymph node status.
