Vorinostat and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma or Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

A Phase I Study of the Combination of Lenalidomide With the Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor, Vorinostat in Hodgkin and Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving vorinostat together with lenalidomide may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of vorinostat when given together with lenalidomide in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Temsirolimus, Bendamustine and Rituximab for Relapsed Follicular Lymphoma or Mantle Cell Lymphoma - BERT

A Phase I/II Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Feasibility and Efficacy of the Addition of Temsirolimus to a Regimen of Bendamustine and Rituximab for the Treatment of Patients With Follicular Lymphoma or Mantle Cell Lymphoma in First to Third Relapse

This is a multicenter, open label, single arm, phase I/II study. There will be no placebo usage within this trial. Phase I: Primary: To establish a maximum tolerated dose of the addition of Temsirolimus to a regimen of Bendamustine and Rituximab (BERT) in patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma. Phase II: Primary: To evaluate the ORR in patients with MCL or FL treated with the established BERT dose Secondary: To determine the complete remission rate, progression free survival rate and overall survival rate and to investigate safety and tolerability of BERT.

Lenalidomide and Temsirolimus in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma or Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Phase I/II Investigation of Temsirolimus Plus Lenalidomide in Relapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of lenalidomide when given together with temsirolimus and to see how well it works in treating patients with Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement or is not responding to treatment. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Lenalidomide may also stop the growth of Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma by blocking blood flow to the cancer. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving lenalidomide together with temsirolimus may kill more cancer cells.

Bortezomib, Cladribine, and Rituximab in Treating Patients With Advanced Mantle Cell Lymphoma or Indolent Lymphoma - VCR

A Phase II, Open-Label Study of Bortezomib (Velcade), Cladribine and Rituximab (VCR) in Advanced, Newly Diagnosed and Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell and Indolent Lymphomas

RATIONALE: Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cladribine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Giving bortezomib together with cladribine and rituximab may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving bortezomib together with cladribine and rituximab works in treating patients with advanced mantle cell lymphoma or indolent lymphoma.
