A Phase I-II Study to Determine the Safety, Pharmacokinetics and Potential Efficacy of Intravenous Administration of SB-743921 on Days 1 and 15 of a 28-Day Dosing Schedule in Patients With Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Hodgkin Lymphoma
This study was an early-phase trial arranged into two phases. The Phase I portion was a dose-escalation study designed to assess the safety, tolerability and to identify the maximum tolerated dose of SB-743921 in patients with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Hodgkin Lymphoma. Phase II was intended to assess the activity, safety and tolerability of SB-743921 in patients with Indolent and Aggressive Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas exclusively. The Phase II portion of the study was not initiated.

Phase 2 Study of ADI PEG 20 in Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Subjects Who Have Failed Prior Systemic Therapy
Certain cancers require the amino acid arginine. Arginine deiminase (ADI) is an enzyme from microbes that degrade arginine. ADI has been formulated with polyethylene glycol and has been used to treat patients that have cancers that have arginine. In this study, the primary efficacy variable will be assessment of tumor response rate.

A Randomized Study of Lamivudine Prophylaxis or Treatment Against Hepatitis B Reactivation in Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Patients Carrying Hepatitis B Surface Antigen
* AIMS OF THE STUDY (STUDY OBJECTIVES) 1. To test the effect of daily lamivudine (100 mg) in reducing the risk of HBV reactivation and hepatitis development in HBsAg (+) NHL patients. 2. To test the efficacy of daily lamivudine in preventing and treating hepatitis B reactivation and in circumventing hepatic failure and death. 3. To test whether lamivudine can improve the overall outcome of NHL patients who are HBV carriers. (Study end-points: The major end-point: hepatitis B reactivation in NHL patients---defined by higher than 10-fold increase of serum HBV DNA level and/or reappearance of HBeAg in the serum during and within 6 months after chemotherapy. The minor end-point I : events of hepatic failure and death---defined by jaundice with hepatic encephalopathy. The minor end-point II: the response rate and survival rate in HBsAg-positive NHL patients receiving lamivudine prophylaxis and treatment.)

The Effect of Goal Management Training for Adult Survivors of Childhood Leukemia and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma With Neurocognitive Sequelae: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Survivors of childhood cancer are at risk for developing neurocognitive sequelae. Multiple meta-analyses demonstrate significant deficits in overall intellectual abilities, academic functioning and specific cognitive skills among survivors of childhood cancer treated with intrathecal chemotherapy only and/or cranial irradiation. Preventing neurocognitive deficits is therefore of great importance. Unfortunately, intervention studies for this group of survivors are scarce. The main aim of this randomized controlled trial is to determine the efficacy of Goal Management Training (GMT) as a group-based treatment program for 60 adult survivors of childhood leukemia, and non Hodgkins lymphoma, diagnosed between 1980 and 2017 at an age below 18, with attention and executive function deficits. The participants will be randomized to one treatment group (GMT), and one waitlist condition followed by one active control intervention, the "Brain health workshop" (BHW), which has a psycho-educative approach. The follow-up time from diagnosis will be ≥5 years and the age at survey 18-40 years. The study will expand the knowledge base on treatment factors important in improving cognitive function. Results from this study can be implemented in rehabilitation for the young adult survivors of childhood leukemia, and non Hodgkins lymphoma, which will be of importance for their future educational and work-related functioning.

Very Early FDG-PET/CT-response Adapted Therapy for Advanced Stage Hodgkin Lymphoma, a Randomized Phase III Non-inferiority Study of the EORTC Lymphoma Group
The main objective of the trial is to show that doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine (ABVD)-based response-adapted therapy for advanced-stage Hodgkin lymphoma, with treatment intensification (bleomycin, etoposide, adriamycin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, procarbazine, and prednisone (BEACOPPesc) in case of a positive fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) computed tomography (CT) after one cycle of ABVD, has non-inferior efficacy compared with the intensive BEACOPPesc regimen. A second objective is to assess the prognostic value of FDG-PET/CT after one cycle of BEACOPPesc.
