Extended Mesenteric Excision in Ileocolic Resections for Crohn's Disease: A Multicenter Prospective Cohort Study
The study is looking at the role of the mesentery in disease recurrence for ileocolic Crohn's disease. It is a prospective study that has been designed to perform extended mesenteric excision on patients undergoing their first ileocolic resection for Crohn's disease. Endoscopic recurrence will be monitored with the hypothesis that patients receiving extended mesenteric ileocolic resection will have reduced endoscopic recurrence at 6 months after resection.

USTekinumab in Fistulising Perianal Crohn's Disease (CD): The USTAP CD Study
Phase IV Trial design : Multicentre, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study Population : Moderate to severe Crohn's disease with at least one active perianal fistula track Investigational treatment : Group 1: Ustekinumab (UST) IntraVenous (IV) induction (6mg/kg) followed by UST SubCutaneous (SC) 90mg every 8 weeks. Group 2: Placebo IV followed by Placebo SC The trial duration for each patient will be 48 weeks. Trial objective : To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ustekinumab in fistulizing perianal Crohn's disease. Impact of Anti-Inflammatory Whole-Food Diet in Crohn's Disease and Predicting Response to Therapy
Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) often have narrowed microbial diversity and altered composition and function of the gut microbiome. We anticipate the anti-inflammatory diet, when compared with the usual diet, to produce favorable changes in these multi-omics profiles. These findings will provide insight into the interactions between diet and host biology, while providing clues on the mechanisms of diet therapy's effect and CD pathogenesis.

A Single-center Open-label Study to Determine the Effect of Diet on Microbiome Signatures in Crohn's Disease Patients
This protocol is designed to compare the effectiveness of a soy-based diet or identical diet without soy given to patients with Crohn's disease (CD) in remission, patients with active CD, or healthy controls. The assigned diet will be compared to participant 'baseline' (pre-diet) in terms of its ability to change the gut bacteria and fecal butyrate, an important short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) that limits bowel inflammation, a characteristic of this debilitating disease.

PediCRaFT: Pediatric Crohn's Disease Fecal Microbiota Transplant Pilot Study
The objective of this study is to assess the feasibility of a novel colonic and oral fecal microbiota transplantation protocol for the treatment of active pediatric Crohn's disease (CD). Specifically, we will test the hypothesis that a protocol of combination fecal microbiota colonoscopic infusion and oral microbiota capsules (OMC), using live fecal material from anonymous unrelated donors, can improve the disease activity of pediatric CD patients.
