Development of a Novel Early Detection Test to Reduce Racial Disparities in Endometrial Cancer (EC) Mortality
This phase I trial investigates the development of a new early detection test to reduce racial disparities in endometrial cancer death rates. DNA samples collected from a tampon may be able to be used to detect endometrial cancer. Studying information from focus groups and vaginal samples of African American and white women may help researchers develop a less invasive and painful test to detect endometrial cancer. The purpose of this trial is to perform a demonstration project of tampon self-collection, assess percentage of samples returned; total and endometrial derived DNA quantity and quality, preliminarily test previously validated DNA methylation markers that may discriminate endometrial cancer from normal endometrium in tampon specimens.

An Open Label Phase II Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Abemaciclib, a Cyclin Dependent Kinase (CDK4/6) Inhibitor in Selected Patients With Recurrent Ovarian or Endometrial Cancer
This phase II trial studies how well abemaciclib works in treating patients with ovarian or endometrial cancer that has an activation of the CDK4/6 pathway and that has come back (recurrent). Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving abemaciclib may work better for the treatment of recurrent ovarian and endometrial cancer.

Pilot Study on the Contribution of Molecular Analysis of Endometrial Cancers: Reliability, and Interest of Circulating Tumor DNA
The recent histo-prognostic molecular discoveries of the TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) have shed new light on the classification of endometrial carcinomas. After carrying out different types of high-throughput molecular analyzes on 373 endometrial carcinomas of different histological types, 4 major tumor subtypes could be identified, each with a different survival profile (the "ultra-mutated" group with POLE mutations, the "hypermuted" group with microsatellite instability (MSI), the "low number of copies" group, and the "high number of copies" group). This histomolecular classification is not yet directly transposable to clinical practice and tumor genetic characteristics have not had any direct therapeutic impact to date. The main objective of the study is to determine the concordance rate between molecular analysis of tumor tissue and that of cDNA in patients with endometrial cancer during treatment.

A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study of Modalities of Adjuvant Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Stage Ⅲ Endometrial Cancer
Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy affecting women's health. About 15% of the patients will have local late disease (stage III) with high risk of recurrence and tumor related mortality. There is a consensus that adjuvant radiochemotherapy is needed for stage Ⅲ endometrial cancer, but the best modality of radiochemotherapy is still uncertain. The retrospective data of our center showed that the sequential radiochemotherapy of "chemotherapy-radiotherapy-chemotherapy" in the "sanwich" mode could improve the survival outcome in patients with advanced endometrial cancer. A multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled study to compare the "sanwich" mode of radiochemotherapy and the "concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by chemotherapy" mode will be carried out to determine the better modality of radiochemotherapy in stage III endometrial adenocarcinoma.

Predictive Factor Study of the Occurrence of Endometrial Cancer in Patients With Lynch Syndrome: Study Conducted in the Hauts-de-France
Lynch Syndrome increases Endometrial Cancer Occurrence in women due to failure in MisMatch Repair System. Lifetime Cumulative risk of developing endometrial Cancer is approximatively 40% in women with Lynch Syndrome. Endometrial cancer is the third women cancer in France. Many risk factors are known in general population. Lots of factors are related to over exposure to estrogen. Data about influence of general risk factors in Women with Lynch Syndrome are poor. Recently, a cohort study appears to have shown a significant decrease in the risk of endometrial cancer with multiparity, the use of hormonal contraception and late menopause in Lynch women. The impact of weight and certain metabolic parameters on the occurrence of endometrial cancers remains poorly known to this day.

A Phase II Study of Abemaciclib in Combination With Letrozole in Advanced, Recurrent or Metastatic Endometroid Endometrial Cancer
This is a phase II single arm trial to determine the percentage of patients without evidence of disease progression on abemaciclib and letrozole in advanced stage, persistent or recurrent endometrioid endometrial cancer at 6 months. Treatment will continue until either unacceptable toxicity, progression of disease, or investigator/patient request for withdrawal.

De-escalated Conformal Radiation Expedited Sequentially With Chemotherapy for Endometrial Cancer (DeCRESCEndo)
The goal of this study is to evaluate short course radiation in the post-operative female pelvis after hysterectomy in stage III-IVA endometrial adenocarcinoma patients, or any stage patients with uterine serous or carcinosarcoma histology. The investigators hypothesize that short course pelvic radiation will have an acute and late grade 3-4 toxicity rate < 10%, and patients will benefit from both convenient and effective loco-regional control comparable to the traditional 5-6 weeks of radiation.

Fertility Preservation Using Endomyometrial Resection for Atypical Hyperplasia and Low Grade, Stage 1A, Endometrial Cancer
