Evaluate Measurement Instruments Relevance in Assessing Effectiveness of ACARIZAX® in House Dust Mite Allergic Rhinitis

The study is a single-center, observational design with a 12-month duration. Approximately 100 Chinese adult (18-65 years old) and adolescent (12-17 years old) with moderate to severe house dust mite (HDM) allergic rhinitis (AR) with or without allergic asthma (AA) who are newly prescribed ACARIZAX® will be recruited for evaluation of the relevance of measurement instruments. The instruments referred to three patient-report scales of allergic rhinitis symptom and quality-of-life including the Daily symptom score (DSS), Standardised rhinoconjunctivitis quality-of-life questionnaire [RQLQ(S)], and Visual analogue scale (VAS). Other data will be collected to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ACARIZAX® under real-world clinical practices.

Nasal Irrigation With Combination of 0.9% NaCl and Binahong Extract (Anredera Cordifolia) 2,5% In Allergic Rhinitis

This randomized control trial study aims to know the effects of adding 2,5% Binahong extract on the effectiveness of NaCl 0.9% nasal irrigation in patients with allergic rhinitis. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. How does the efficacy of Binahong Extract 2,5% with 0,9% NaCl to mRNA expression (IL-4, Il-6, IL-13, and TNF-α)? 2. How does the efficacy of Binahong Extract 2,5% with 0,9% NaCl to clinical symptoms? 3. How does the efficacy of Binahong Extract 2,5% with 0,9% NaCl to quality of life? 4. How does the efficacy of Binahong Extract 2,5% with 0,9% NaCl to physiology? Participants will use nasal irrigation two times daily for two weeks. Researchers will compare the nasal irrigation group using a combination of Binahong Extract 2,5% with the group using NaCl only to see the superior effect.

Effectiveness of Sodium Hyaluronate In Relieving Nasal Symptoms Of Children With Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis

Nasal irrigation (NI) is recommended as an add-on therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). The primary purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of adding hyaluronic acid (HA) solution and normal saline (NSS) to nasal steroid (NS) therapy as add - on therapy in improving quality of life and reducing nasal symptom scores of children with seasonal AR (SAR) with regards to NS therapy. Our secondary purpose was to demonstrate the effects on eosinophil count in nasal cytology (NEC), nasal airflow (NAF), and resistance (NAR).
