Filter by:This is a Retrospective, Observational Multi-Center study, utilizing patients diagnosed with up to a Grade1 spondylolisthesis or retrolisthesis or symptomatic degenerative disc disease and treated with STALIF® C, or M, Ti and/or FLX implants at one or two levels.
The purpose of this trial is to collect clinical outcomes including radiographic and CT outcomes in patients who undergo spinal fusion using the Keos Lumbar Interbody Fusion Device.
The purpose of this study is to assess clinical and radiographic outcomes in patients who undergo three-level oblique lateral lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) using ViBone, demineralized bone matrix (DBM), and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP). One product will be used on each level. Subjects will be followed for 12 months following surgery to assess degree of mineralization via computed tomography (CT) scan at 6 and 12 months, mean time to fusion, and maturation of fusion mass postoperatively via x-ray radiograph.
This study is a post-market clinical follow-up study. A post-market, prospective clinical trial will be conducted. The data collected from this study will serve the purpose of confirming safety and performance of the FLXfit™ implant.
This is a post-market clinical study of the AccuLIF expandable transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) cage in patients requiring surgery for degenerative disc disease (DDD) with up to Grade I spondylolisthesis or retrolisthesis, at one or two levels, between L2 and S1.
