NCT ID: NCT06004167 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Adaptive Bridging RT in R/R B-cell Lymphoma (Pre-CAR T)

Start date: January 14, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Participants are invited to take part in this research study because they have relapsed (cancer has come back) or refractory (cancer has not responded to treatment) B-cell Lymphoma and will be undergoing CAR T-cell Therapy. This research is being done to see if a new radiation therapy administration schedule will positively impact the logistics, time, cost, and side effects of radiation therapy. In this research study, participants will receive radiation therapy once weekly for 5 weeks. This is a novel administration schedule and we're looking to see how this schedule impacts side effects participants may experience, the time spent receiving radiation therapy, how much radiation therapy participants can receive, and how effective this new schedule is.

NCT ID: NCT05927558 Recruiting - Relapse Clinical Trials

Salvage Treatment With Glofitamab in R/R B-NHL: a GIMEMA-FIL Study

Start date: December 22, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the anti-lymphoma activity of glofitamab, administered according to the Compassionate Use Program, in relapsed/refractory B-NHL patients. The main question it aims to answer is the rate of patients in complete response.

NCT ID: NCT05576532 Recruiting - Safety Clinical Trials

Venetoclax Plus IM2 Regimen for Relapsed and Refractory T Lymphoblastic Lymphoma/Leukemia

Start date: January 10, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Venetoclax plus IM2 regimen for relapsed and refractory T lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia. Dosage of Venetoclax:100mg/d-400mg/d(dose adjustment when concomitant used with CYP3A inhibitor) for 1-28 days (at least 7 days); IM2 regimen: Ifosfamide 1-1.5g/m2/d for 5 days; Mitoxantrone 6-8g/m2/d for 3 days( or Liposome mitoxantrone 20mg/m2 d1 or Idarubicin 6-8mg/m2/d for 3 days) ;methotrexate 1-1.5g/m2/d for 1 day;

NCT ID: NCT05053971 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Malignant Solid Neoplasm

Testing A New Anti-cancer Drug Combination, Entinostat and ZEN003694, for Advanced and Refractory Solid Tumors and Lymphomas

Start date: November 16, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of entinostat and ZEN003694 in treating patients with solid tumors or lymphoma that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Entinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is in a class of drugs called histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. ZEN003694 is an inhibitor of a family of proteins called the bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET). ZEN003694 may prevent the growth of tumor cells that produce high levels of BET protein. This trial aims to test the safety of combination therapy with entinostat and ZEN003694 in treating patients with advanced or refractory solid tumors or lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT05046444 Recruiting - Leukemia Clinical Trials

Solving Riddles Through Sequencing

SIRIUS
Start date: January 19, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

During the last decades hematologists have excelled at improving and refining the classification, diagnosis, and thus ultimately the therapeutic decision-making process for their patients. This continuous evolution proceeded in parallel to seminal discoveries in basic science such as FISH, PCR and NGS. So far, the current WHO classification serves as reference to diagnostic decision making and is largely based on 5 diagnostic pillars: cytomorphology of peripheral blood and/or bone marrow smears, histology and immunohistochemistry of bone marrow trephine biopsies or lymph nodes, immunophenotyping, chromosome banding analysis supplemented by FISH analysis, molecular genetics including PCR and targeted panel sequencing via NGS. This leads to a swift diagnosis in 90 % of all cases. The leftover 10 % remain a challenge for hematopathologists and clinicians alike and are resolved through interdisciplinary teams in the context of specialized boards. With the advent of high throughput sequencing (mainly WGS and WTS) the possibility of a comprehensive and detailed portrait of the genetic alterations - specifically in challenging cases - has become a realistic alternative to classical methods. In SIRIUS the investigators will prospectively challenge this hypothesis to address the question of how often a better or final diagnosis can be delivered by WGS and/or WTS and if unclear cases can be efficiently resolved.

NCT ID: NCT04870944 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Malignant Solid Neoplasm

CBL0137 for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors, Including CNS Tumors and Lymphoma

Start date: January 28, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial evaluates the best dose, side effects and possible benefit of CBL0137 in treating patients with solid tumors, including central nervous system (CNS) tumors or lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Drugs, such as CBL0137, block signals passed from one molecule to another inside a cell. Blocking these signals can affect many functions of the cell, including cell division and cell death, and may kill cancer cells.

NCT ID: NCT04855695 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Avo In R/R And Previously Untreated MCL

Start date: July 2, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This research study is evaluating the combination of three drugs - acalabrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab - as a possible treatment for relapsed or refractory and untreated mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: - Acalabrutinib - Venetoclax - Obinutuzumab

NCT ID: NCT04723914 Recruiting - Lymphoma, B-Cell Clinical Trials

EXALT-2 is a prospective, randomized, three arm study for treatment decision guided either by either comprehensive genomic profiling, next generation drug screening or physician's choice

NCT ID: NCT03418038 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Ascorbic Acid and Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Lymphoma, CCUS, and Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia

Start date: March 23, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effect of ascorbic acid and combination chemotherapy in treating patients with lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to therapy (refractory), clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). Ascorbic acid may make cancer cells more sensitive to chemotherapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ascorbic acid and combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells.
