Eligibility | Inclusion Criteria: - o Confirmed unilateral or bilateral cases of punctal stenosis based on slit-lamp examination. Exclusion Criteria: - o Epiphora due to distal obstruction - Active ocular infection or inflammation. - Anatomic abnormalities - Ocular cicatricial pemphigoid |
