Filter by:The study will assess and compare the immune response and safety following the co-administration of Novel Oral Polio Type 2 (nOPV2) and bivalent Oral Polio Vaccine (bOPV) in comparison with nOPV2 or bOPV in infants aged 2 months who have never received vaccination against poliomyelitis.
The purpose of this study is to assess the immunogenicity and safety of DTPa-IPV/Hib when administered at 6, 10 and 14 weeks to healthy Indian infants, as per guidance from the Indian regulatory authority. The 6, 10 and 14 week schedule reflects the current Indian standard of care.
The study will evaluate the humoral immunogenicity in various schedule combinations of full dose inactivated polio vaccines (IPV) via intramuscular administration (IM) and of the fractional dose of inactivated poliovaccine (f-IPV) via intradermal administration (ID).
