This multicenter, randomised, double-dummy, Fumaderm® and placebo-controlled, parallel-group study will compare the efficacy and safety of 500 mg of FP187 (250 mg twice daily) compared to 720 mg Fumaderm® (240 mg three times daily) over 20 weeks of treatment. After an initial wash-out non-drug treatment phase of 1 to 6 weeks, all patients will receive allocated Study treatment up-titrated to the relevant dose level (i.e., 500 mg daily FP187, 720 mg daily Fumaderm®, or placebo). The up-titration to full dose will last 4 weeks for FP187 and 9 weeks for Fumaderm®. After 20 weeks of treatment, all patients will be asked to enter a separate open label treatment protocol expected to continue for up to 5 years.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the serum concentration of ixekizumab after administration using either prefilled syringe or auto-injector in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Treatment period is followed by 40 weeks optional safety extension.
The purpose of this non-interventional, multicenter, post-marketing observational study (PMOS) was to assess rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), plaque psoriasis (PS), Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) patients' adherence attitudes (beliefs) to maintenance therapy with adalimumab monotherapy or combination therapy with methotrexate (in participants with RA) and to investigate whether there were correlations between such beliefs and adherence to maintenance treatment.

This study is being conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety/tolerability of tildrakizumab (SCH 900222/MK-3222) in a population of participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. The primary hypotheses of the study are that tildrakizumab is superior to placebo in the treatment of moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis as measured by the proportion of participants achieving >= Psoriasis Area Sensitivity Index of 75% (PASI-75) response and the proportion of participants with a Physician's Global Assessment (PGA) score of "clear" or "minimal" with at least a 2 grade reduction from baseline at Week 12.
