View clinical trials related to Partial Onset Seizures.
Filter by:This is a Non-interventional Prospective Study. Centres will enroll adult patients with partial onset seizures for whom the clinician has decided to initiate ZNS as an adjunctive therapy prior to the decision to take part in this study. Patients to be enrolled into the study are not sufficiently controlled with one dug licensed for the use of monotherapy in partial onset seizures. Patients will be seen at baseline and then during normal clinical visits at intervals which are appropriate to the typical practice of the treating clinician. Patients will be assessed at baseline and then at least 3 and 6 months after the baseline.
This was a Non-interventional Prospective Study. Centres enrolled adult patients with partial-onset seizures with or without secondary generalisation for whom the clinician had decided to initiate Eslicarbazepine Acetate (ESL) as an adjunctive therapy prior to the decision to take part in this study. Patients enrolled into the study were not sufficiently controlled with one drug licensed for the use as monotherapy in partial-onset seizures. Patients were seen at baseline and then during normal clinical visits at intervals. Patients in this study were assessed for efficacy and tolerability at baseline and then at least 3 and 6 months after the baseline.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 200 and 400 mg/day of orally administered Lacosamide as adjunctive therapy compared with placebo in Japanese and Chinese adults with uncontrolled Partial-Onset Seizures with or without secondary generalization.
The purpose of this study is to confirm the efficacy and safety of perampanel compared to placebo in patients with refractory partial-onset seizures
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of Levetiracetam (LEV) used as monotherapy, with efficacy measured as 6-month seizure freedom at the last evaluated dose in the LEV 1000 mg/day to 2000 mg/day group, in newly or recently diagnosed epilepsy subjects.
To evaluate the safety of Levetiracetam IV 15-minute infusion administered every 12 hours as adjunctive treatment in subjects with Partial Onset Seizures after switching from the equivalent Levetiracetam oral dose.
This long-term extension study will assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of BGG492 as adjunctive treatment in patients with partial onset seizures.
This study will assess the efficacy and safety of BGG492 as adjunctive treatment in patients with partial onset seizures.
This study is designed to provide long term safety data of TRI476 in children with inadequately-controlled partial seizures. This study is conducted in patients who complete the core study CTRI476B1301. Blinding is maintained during the transition and dose adjustment phase of the extension study. All patients are treated with TRI476 from the dose adjustment phase onwards. The purpose of study is to confirm that TRI476 as adjunctive therapy is safe.
This study is designed to provide short term efficacy and safety data of TRI476 in children with inadequately-controlled partial seizures. Patients will be randomized into either drug treatment or placebo group at 1:1 ratio, and receive their respective treatment for 8 weeks. The purpose of study is to confirm that TRI476 as adjunctive therapy is effective and safe.
