Inclusion Criteria: - nurses, and nurses' aides working in medicine, surgery, and palliative care departments of the regional hospital of Metz-Thionville Exclusion Criteria: - Care providers working in pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, psychiatry, and emergency departments |
