Filter by:In the proposed project the investigators want to assess whether the approach of the post-conditioning by Levosimendan in patients with acute STEMI is safe and reproducible, can be used with a positive influence on the outcomes with respect to myocardial damage, cardiac left ventricular remodeling, myocardial function, the occurrence of cardiac events and quality of life.
The study investigates the impact of the implementation of a surgical checklist on the mortality 30 days and 90 days after surgery. Patients scheduled for elective surgical procedures (excluding cardiac surgery) lasting at least 15 minutes are eligible. Surgery is performed in a single tertiary care center. The study is an open trial before and after intervention (implementation of the checklist "safe surgery saves lifes").
The study investigates the impact of the introduction of a surgical checklist on the incidence of complications and mortality within 30 days after surgery in patients scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery. Patients scheduled for elective surgical procedures lasting longer than 20 minutes at are eligible. Surgery is performed in a single tertiary care center.
