Docetaxel Combined With Carboplatin Plus Anlotinib as First Line Treatment in NSCLC

ALTER-L013
Start date: March 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Anlotinib which has shown an affirmatory efficacy in ALTER0303 controlled trial as a 3rd-line treatment on advanced NSCLC is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor with a favorable safety profile in phase I trial which mainly targets VEGFR1/2/3, FGFR, PDGFR and c-kit. The purpose of this trail is to establish whether advanced non-squamous NSCLC patients could benefit from the combination treatment of docetaxel, carboplatin and anlotinib as the first-line and maintenance treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03636685 Not yet recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials

Study of Anlotinib Plus Chemotherapy as the First-line Treatment in Patients With Advanced NSCLC

Start date: August 15, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Non-small cell lung cancer has the highest morbidity and mortality in China, and platinum-based chemotherapy is the standard first-line treatment for the wild-type NSCLC,however the overall survival still less than one year.Anlotinib is a kinase inhibitor of receptor tyrosine with multi-targets, especially for VEGFR2、VEGFR3、PDGFRβ and c-Kit, which has strong effect of anti-angiogenesis.This study is aim to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination regimen of anlotinib plus platinum-based chemotherapy as first-line treatment for NSCLC.

Start date: August 15, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib plus EGFR-TKI as first line treatment in patients with non-squamous NSCLC harboring EGFR mutation.

NCT ID: NCT03601598 Not yet recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials

A Trial of SHR-1210 in Combination With SHR6390 in Patients With Advanced CRC, NSCLC and HCC

Start date: July 30, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase Ib/II , Open-label , Investigator-initiated Trail of SHR-1210 (an Anti-PD-1 Inhibitor) in Combination With SHR6390 (a CDK4/6 Inhibitor) in Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer, Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Hepatocellular Carcinoma. The study was designed in two stages, the first stage was the tolerance observation stage, and the second stage was the curative effect expansion stage. The first part of the study is the Dose-finding Phase designed to establish the safety of SHR-1210 Combination With SHR6390 at different dose Levels(150mg QD or 100mg QD ). The second part of the study is the Expansion Phase designed to generate additional clinical data at specified doses . This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SHR-1210 combination with SHR6390 in the treatment of advanced CRC,NSCLC and HCC.
