Filter by:This randomized, open-label study was designed to evaluate and compare the safety and efficacy of atezolizumab with gemcitabine + cisplatin or carboplatin in PD-L1 selected participants with chemotherapy-naive, Stage IV squamous NSCLC. The study was closed due to low patient enrollment and the Sponsor's decision to include patients with squamous NSCLC into the GO29431 study, NCT02409342. Therefore the planned objectives of this study are no longer applicable and formal analyses of efficacy or safety have not been performed.
The aim of this study is to evaluate clinical outcomes of 2nd line therapy in NSCLC patients without the T790M mutation, both independently and when compared indirectly with NSCLC patients with the T790M mutation in the T STAR non interventional study (D5160R00001). The patient population in the TAURAS study will consist of patients who fail screening for AURA3 (D5160C00003) due to a T790M mutation not detected using the central cobas® EGFR Mutation Test (Roche Molecular Systems).
The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TAK-117 when administered in combination with docetaxel in participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to evaluate efficacy, safety, and tolerability of TAK-117 administered alone and in combination with docetaxel at the RP2D in participants with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the combination of MM-121 plus docetaxel is more effective than docetaxel alone in regards to PFS in patients with heregulin-positive NSCLC.
This is a Phase 1b, open label, multi-center study of CMB305 (sequentially administered LV305 [a dendritic cell-targeting viral vector expressing the NY-ESO-1 gene] and G305 [NY-ESO-1 recombinant protein plus GLA-SE]) in patients with melanoma, sarcoma, ovarian cancer, or non-small cell lung cancer that express NY-ESO-1.
This is a phase I/II study for previously untreated subjects with advanced NSCLC. The study will take place in two phases. First, a cohort of twelve participants will be enrolled in phase I part and will be treated with carboplatin, nab-paclitaxel and pembrolizumab. A cohort of twelve subjects will be evaluated for safety and tolerability after 2 cycles of therapy. All subjects who receive either nab-paclitaxel or pembrolizumab will be evaluable. If 33% of subjects or less have unacceptable toxicity in the first cohort or any subsequent cohort (if necessary), the study will proceed to the Phase II part. If more than 33% have unacceptable toxicity, 12 additional subjects will be enrolled in a second cohort, if necessary. If unacceptable toxicity is seen in more than 33% in Cohort 2, the study will end due to unacceptable toxicity of this drug combination. The phase II part of the study is a single arm study. All subjects will be treated with carboplatin, nab-paclitaxel, and pembrolizumab in 21-day cycles for up to 4 cycles. Mandatory pre-treatment tumor biopsies will be obtained prior to initiating treatment for all subjects (only if adequate archived samples are unavailable). Mandatory tumor biopsies will be obtained in the Phase II part of the study after 4 cycles of study treatment or at the time of progression, whichever comes first. For subjects without progression of disease after Cycle 4, pembrolizumab will continue every 3 weeks for up to 2 years or until unacceptable toxicity.
This study is being done to find out if SEA-CD40 is safe and effective when given alone, in combination with pembrolizumab, and in combination with pembrolizumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel. The study will test increasing doses of SEA-CD40 given at least every 3 weeks to small groups of patients. The goal is to find the highest dose of SEA-CD40 that can be given to patients that does not cause unacceptable side effects. Different dose regimens will be evaluated. Different methods of administration may be evaluated. The pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic effects, biomarkers of response, and antitumor activity of SEA-CD40 will also be evaluated.
This is an open-label, Phase I, dose escalation study to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose, maximum tolerated dose, and evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetic profile of ABBV-221 in participants with advanced solid tumors likely to exhibit elevated levels of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR).
This single-arm phase II study aims to study the efficacy of a possible first line treatment that combines epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKIs) with concurrent thoracic radiation therapy for stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with active EGFR mutation, as well as assessing PFS, OS, tumor response, etc. to verify that this new combinational therapy can benefit short-term and long-term survival of the patients with advanced NSCLC.
This is a Phase 1/2 study of PF-06747775 as a single agent and in combination with other cancer treatments in patients with advanced EGFRm NSCLC. The overall clinical study consists of a Phase 1 single agent dose-escalation and expansion part to determine the RP2D of PF-06747775 single agent in patients with previously-treated EGFRm NSCLC followed by sequential evaluations of PF-06747775 at the RP2D in 3 different clinical scenarios as detailed below: - Cohort 1: Phase 2 evaluation of PF-06747775 as a single agent in previously untreated patients with advanced EGFRm NSCLC, - Cohort 2: Phase 1b single arm evaluation of PF-06747775 in combination with palbociclib (Cohort 2A) followed by Phase 2 randomized evaluation of PF 06747775 in combination with palbociclib vs PF-06747775 single agent (Cohort 2B) in previously-treated patients with EGFRm NSCLC with a secondary T790M mutation (del 19 and T790M or L858R and T790M), and - Cohort 3: Phase 1b evaluation of PF-06747775 in combination with avelumab in previously-treated patients with EGFRm NSCLC with a secondary T790M mutation (del 19 and T790M or L858R and T790M).
