Filter by:The purpose of this study is to learn whether the patient might be interested in skin cancer genetic testing, and if so, what kinds of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors might result from this testing. Testing for skin cancer risk based on the MC1R gene is not currently used in clinical practice; it will be offered in this study for research purposes only.
The purpose of this research study is to find out if a non-invasive imaging device called Optical Frequency Domain Imaging (OFDI) can help doctors to see the tissue and blood vessels that are related to non-melanoma skin cancers. OFDI was designed to see microscopic details of your skin without needing to use any invasive techniques such as surgery or biopsy.
