NCT ID: NCT03075696 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

A Dose Escalation Study of Glofitamab (RO7082859) as a Single Agent and in Combination With Obinutuzumab, Administered After a Fixed, Single Pre-Treatment Dose of Obinutuzumab in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: February 21, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I/II, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics (PK) of a novel T-Cell bispecific (TCB), glofitamab, administered by intravenous (IV) infusion as a single agent and in combination with obinutuzumab, following pre-treatment with a one-time, fixed dose of obinutuzumab. This entry-to-human study is divided in 3 parts: dose escalation (Parts I and II) and dose expansion (Part III). Single-participant dose-escalation cohorts will be used in Part I, followed by conversion to multiple participant dose-escalation cohorts (Part II), in order to define a tentative maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or optimal biological dose (OBD). The expansion cohorts (Part III) will be initiated when the tentative MTD/OBD is defined, to further evaluate the safety, PK and therapeutic activity of glofitamab.

NCT ID: NCT03074825 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Study of Chiauranib in Relapsed/Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: May 9, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Chiauranib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking Aurora kinase B(Aurora B)、VEGFR/PDGFR/c-Kit、CSF-1R targets. This clinical trial is studying the efficacy and safety of chiauranib works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, in the meantime, exploring the latent biomarkers accompany with chiauranib, as well as the relevancy of which and clinical benefit.

NCT ID: NCT03027284 Completed - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

A Study of Merestinib (LY2801653) in Japanese Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Cancer

Start date: February 3, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate tolerability of merestinib monotherapy or in combination with other anti-cancer agents in Japanese participants with advanced and/or metastatic cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03018223 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Calcineurin Inhibitor-Free GVHD Prevention Regimen After Related Haplo PBSCT

Start date: January 31, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to find out if a combination of drugs (these are called: cyclophosphamide, sirolimus, and mycophenolate mofetil) will protect participants better against graft vs. host disease (GVHD) after receiving a hematopoietic cell transplant from a related partially matched (haploidentical) donor. As part of the treatment for their blood cancer, participants need a hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) to improve their chances of cure. In any HCT, after the stem cell infusion is given, a combination of drugs is needed to prevent GVHD and facilitate acceptance of the graft.

NCT ID: NCT02961881 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

A Phase 1b Open-Label Study Investigating the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of Administration of Subcutaneous Blinatumomab for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: September 18, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Primary Objective: • To evaluate the safety and tolerability of subcutaneous (SC) blinatumomab dose administrations Secondary Objectives: - To determine pharmacokinetics (PK) with continuous intravenous (cIV) and SC administrations - To estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) tested for blinatumomab administered subcutaneously - To determine the incidence of anti-blinatumomab antibody formation following SC administration - To evaluate efficacy response following treatment with SC blinatumomab administration Exploratory Objective: - To determine the pharmacodynamics (PD) time profiles for B-and T-lymphocytes as well as cytokine profiles during SC administration - To evaluate efficacy response following treatment with SC blinatumomab administration using Lugano criteria if positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET/CT) is used for evaluation

NCT ID: NCT02919670 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

A Study Evaluating a Proprietary Amino Acid Mixture (Enterade®) in Patients Receiving High-Dose Melphalan Conditioning Followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation for Multiple Myeloma and Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: October 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This research study is evaluating Enterade, a supplement, as a possible treatment for the side effects caused by Stem Cell Transplant. The following interventions will be involved in this study: - Enterade plus standard supportive care - Placebo plus standard supportive care. The placebo will be a mixture of water, electrolytes, and sweetener.

NCT ID: NCT02872987 Recruiting - Leukemia Clinical Trials

GMALL Registry and Collection of Biomaterial: Prospective Data Collection Regarding Diagnosis, Treatment and Outcome of Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) Patients and Related Diseases Associated With a Prospective Collection of Biomaterial

GMALLregistry
Start date: February 2009
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The GMALL registry serves the purpose of ALL research and quality assurance. The Registry collects data about diagnostics, treatment and outcome of Adult ALL Patients in the clinical routine, whether or not the patient is treated within a clinical trial.

ID Of Prognostic Factors In Mycosis Fungoides/Sezary Syndrome

Start date: October 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of the study is to develop a prognostic index model for the rare disease of mycosis fungoides and sezary syndrome. This will be done by collecting standardized clinical data at various institutions. The investigators hope this will enable the identification of low- and high-risk groups for survival in order to improve patient care and outcome.
