NCT ID: NCT06181266 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

A Phase 1/1b Study of ZH9 Treatment in Patients With Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer

PARADIGM-1
Start date: January 8, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, multicenter, Phase 1/1b, 3-part, double-blind study of ZH9 in patients with recurrent NMIBC who are eligible for intravesical therapy. In Part 1, the safety, tolerability, and pharmacology of ZH9 IVI will be evaluated in a single ascending dose (SAD) patient cohort. In Part 2, the safety, tolerability, and pharmacology of ZH9 oral prime followed by ZH9 IVI will be evaluated in 2 patient cohorts at the doses and schedule established in Part 1. In Part 3, the safety, pharmacology, and clinical efficacy of ZH9 will be further evaluated in 2 expansion cohorts of patients with recurrent intermediate- and high-risk NMIBC.

NCT ID: NCT05943379 Recruiting - NMIBC Clinical Trials

RC48-ADC in Combination With Gemcitabine in High Risk NMIBC Subjects

Start date: June 8, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this study, participants with high risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) who are BCG Naïve or BCG Unresponsive and are considered ineligible for or have refused to undergo radical cystectomy, will receive RC48-ADC in combination with gemcitabine.

NCT ID: NCT05375903 Recruiting - Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials

A Phase 1 Dose-escalation Study of UGN-301 in Patients With Recurrent Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC)

Start date: June 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of UGN-301 (zalifrelimab) administered intravesically as monotherapy and in combination with other agents in patients with recurrent NMIBC.

NCT ID: NCT05014139 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Urinary Bladder Neoplasms

A Study of Intravesical Enfortumab Vedotin For Treatment of Patients With Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC)

Start date: December 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. In this study enfortumab vedotin will be put into the bladder using a catheter. A catheter is a thin tube that can be put into your bladder.

NCT ID: NCT03914794 Recruiting - Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of Pemigatinib in Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer Patients With Recurrent Low- or Intermediate-Risk Tumors

Start date: October 2, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well Pemigatinib (an orally administered inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptors 1, 2, and 3) works in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) patients with recurrent tumors and a prior history of low- or intermediate-risk NMIBC tumors. Participants will receive pemigatinib for 4-6 weeks prior to standard of care transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).
