NCT ID: NCT06466135 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Diabetic Nephropathies

Study of WAL0921 in Patients With Glomerular Kidney Diseases

Start date: June 17, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an adaptive prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of WAL0921 in subjects with glomerular kidney disease and proteinuria, including diabetic nephropathy and rare glomerular kidney diseases (primary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis [FSGS], treatment-resistant minimal change disease [TR MCD], primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy [IgAN], and primary membranous nephropathy [PMN]). Subjects in this study will be randomized to receive the investigational drug WAL0921 or placebo as an intravenous infusion once every 2 weeks for 7 total infusions. All subjects will be followed for 24 weeks after their last infusion.

NCT ID: NCT06405100 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Minimal Change Disease

Efficacy and Safety of Tacrolimus in Combination With Ripertamab in the Initial Treatment of Patients With MCD

Start date: May 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of ripertamab and its combination with tacrolimus in the initial treatment of MCD to provide a treatment regimen with higher remission rates, lower recurrence rates, and fewer side effects in patients with MCD.

NCT ID: NCT06315504 Not yet recruiting - Nephrotic Syndrome Clinical Trials

Circulating Factors in Nephrotic Syndrome

Start date: April 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

A prospective observational study to investigate the treatment-associated changes of circulating factors associated with glomerular diseases among patients with de novo nephrotic syndrome admitted to hospital for a kidney biopsy.

NCT ID: NCT05797051 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Diabetic Nephropathies

Application of Hyperspectral Imaging in the Diagnosis of Glomerular Diseases

Start date: May 30, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Morning urine samples of patients with IgA nephropathy, idiopathic membranous nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, and minimal degenerative nephropathy confirmed by renal needle biopsy in our hospital from November 2020 to January 2022 were collected. By scanning the morning urine samples of corresponding patients with microhyperspectral imager, machine learning and deep learning were used to classify microhyperspectral images, and the classification accuracy was greater than 85%. Thus, hyperspectral imaging technology could be used as a non-invasive diagnostic means to assist the diagnosis of glomerular diseases.

NCT ID: NCT02649413 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Nephrotic Syndrome, Minimal Change

Adjusted Steroids Therapy in Childerens With Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome

AJSNS
Start date: March 2016
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The initial steroids dose for Nephrotic Syndrome is 60mg/1m2 for 6-4 weeks and the duration of the first steroid course is between 8 weeks to 6 months. The base of the initial dose for steroids Idiopathic nephrotic syndrome been put in the early 70s. In our study the investigators will adjusted the first steroids does to the response day. Our primary end point is : a lower adjusted dose is as good as the fix dose in the first year after diagnosis.
