NCT ID: NCT05328076 Active, not recruiting - Thyroid Cancer Clinical Trials

Parathyroid Vascularization During Total Thyroidectomy Using Indocyanine Green Angiography

ANGIO_PARA
Start date: May 2, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Prospective, observational, single-center study about the use of indocyanine green angiography during total thyroidectomy. The main objective of the study is to identify a quantitative score of parathyroid vascularization as an outcome of angiography that correlates with the absence of postoperative hypoparathyroidism. It is planned to enroll 66 patients.

NCT ID: NCT05079256 Active, not recruiting - Psoriasis Vulgaris Clinical Trials

Laser Induced Changes to Innervation and Vascularisation of Psoriatic Skin

LPA-01
Start date: December 9, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The researchers investigate the effect of a treatment with selective photothermolysis using a 595 nm pulsed dye laser on the blood vessel density and the nerve fibre density of a psoriatic lesion. By comparing tissue samples collected before and after two treatments, the researchers determine the relative effect of laser therapy on the (hyper)innervation of psoriatic skin.

NCT ID: NCT03797547 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Myopic Choroidal Neovascularisation

Real Life Study in Myopic Neovascularization

VIC
Start date: June 22, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a multi centre, single arm, prospective observational phase 4 study in naive or pretreated patients with myopic neovascularization. The patients will be treated with intravitreal injections of Aflibercept following a real life protocol. This sudy aims to evaluate the visual acuity during a 36 months period of time.

NCT ID: NCT02988895 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Macular Degeneration, Choroidal Neovascularization

Episcleral Brachytherapy for the Treatment of Wet AMD

NEAMES
Start date: August 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, multi-site, safety and feasibility study of the SalutarisMD SMD-DA system for retrobulbar minimally invasive episcleral brachytherapy device in patients receiving and not responding to anti-VEGF therapy for nAMD. The trial will be open label and non-randomized. The study intervention is a one-time intervention and requires no alteration to the standard of care during the follow-up period.

NCT ID: NCT02599064 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Age-related Macular Degeneration

Evaluating RXI-109 to Reduce the Progression of Subretinal Fibrosis in Subjects With NVAMD

Start date: November 2015
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and clinical activity of RXI-109 administered by intravitreal injection to reduce the progression of subretinal fibrosis in subjects with advanced neovascular age-related macular degeneration (NVAMD).

NCT ID: NCT01809223 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Choroid Neovascularization Secondary to Degenerative Myopia

A Randomized, Double-blind, Multicenter, Sham-controlled, Safety and Efficacy Study of Conbercept in Patients With mCNV

SHINY
Start date: August 2012
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is design to evaluate the effect of conbercept therapy on visual acuity and anatomic outcomes compared to sham injection and durability of response observed in subjects with choroid neovascularization secondary to pathological myopia.

NCT ID: NCT01521819 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Age Related Macular Degeneration

Iray for Vascularized Pigment Epithelial Detachment (VPED) Secondary to Age Related Macular Degeneration

Start date: August 2012
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a pilot, single-center, interventional clinical trial in which subjects will receive 16 Gy of IRay treatment and Lucentis, followed by Lucentis treatment as needed.

NCT ID: NCT01246089 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Myopic Choroidal Neovascularization

Ranibizumab for Myopic Neovascularization

Start date: July 2009
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical results of anti-VEGF intra-vitreal injections (IVT) in CNV secondary to pathologic myopia (PM-CNV).

NCT ID: NCT01217762 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Age-Related Macular Degeneration

Safety & Tolerability of the IRay System in Subjects With Exudative Choroidal Neovascularization (CNV) Secondary to Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD)

Start date: July 2008
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and clinical feasibility of the IRay System for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

NCT ID: NCT00992849 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Corneal Neovascularization

Bevacizumab for the Treatment of Corneal Neovascularization

Start date: May 2009
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the current study is to assess the efficacy and safety of the inhibitory effect of bevacizumab (Avastin) with different routes including topical and subconjunctival application on corneal neovascularization in the human eyes.
