Filter by:This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of 211At-OKT10-B10 when given together with melphalan before a stem cell transplantation in treating patients with multiple myeloma. The radioimmunotherapy drug 211At-OKT10-B10 is a monoclonal antibody, called OKT10-B10, linked to a radioactive substance called 211At. OKT10-B10 attaches to CD38 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers 211At to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as melphalan, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving 211At-OKT10-B10 with melphalan before a stem cell transplant may kill more cancer cells.
This phase II MATCH treatment trial identifies the effects of dasatinib in patients whose cancer has a genetic change called DDR2 mutation. Dasatinib may block proteins called tyrosine kinases, which may be needed for cancer cell growth. Researchers hope to learn if dasatinib will shrink this type of cancer or stop its growth.

The investigators want to observe the effectiveness of the quadruple therapy of carfilzomib, lenalidomide, daratumumab and dexamethasone on patients receiving 8 cycles of KRDd with autologous stem cell transplantation versus patients with 8 cycles of KRDd without autologous stem cell transplantation.
This is a phase 2A multi-centre, open label, pilot study of pembrolizumab added to the standard first-line therapy of cyclophosphamide, bortezomib and dexamethasone (CyBorD) in newly diagnosed patients with multiple myeloma that are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation.
This study will use the drug daratumumab in patients who did not achieve at least a very good partial response (VGPR) and are already planned to have an Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (ASCT). Daratumumab will be given before the stem cell collection to attempt to get rid of any multiple myeloma cells that may be present in the stem cell collection and after the ASCT to get rid of any multiple myeloma cells that may be remaining.
The purpose of this study is to determine if using a subject's baseline frailty score to guide the dosing of lenalidomide in a combination with dexamethasone and daratumumab (DRd lite).
