Filter by:This study evaluates the use of carfilzomib, lenalidomide, daratumumab, and dexamethasone in subjects with high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM). Subjects will receive treatment in 3 phases - induction (6 cycles), consolidation (6 cycles), and maintenance (12 cycles). Each cycle is 28 days.
The purpose of this study it to compare the efficacity of isatuximab when combined to carfilzomib and dexamethasone versus carfilzomib and dexamethasone in patients with multiple myeloma already treated with 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy.
A total of 122 subjects were randomized into the study and investigated in the double-blind placebo-controlled setting to assess the efficacy and safety of G-CSF + BL-8040 as compared to G-CSF + placebo.

The main aims of this 3-part study are as follows: Part 1: To determine any side effects from modakafusp alfa single treatment and how often they occur. The dose of modakafusp alfa will be increased a little at a time until the highest dose that does not cause harmful side effects is found. Part 2: To assess clinical activity of one or more dosing schedules of modakafusp alfa alone in participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Dexamethasone standard dose will be administered with one or more selected dose of modakafusp alfa in selected group of participants. Part 3: To find the optimal dose with the more favorable risk-benefit profile of modakafusp alfa. Participants will receive modakafusp alfa at one of two doses which will be given through a vein.
To determine whether a combination of four novel agents bortezomib(Velcade), lenalidomide (Revlimid), Daratumumab (Darzalex) & dexamethasone in combination with low-dose cyclophosphamide is sufficiently active in a high risk population of myeloma patients, to take forward into a phase III trial compared to standard treatment.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the addition of daratumumab to pomalidomide and dexamethasone in terms of progression-free survival in subjects with relapsed or refractory Multiple Myeloma.
The main aim is to evaluate the effect of Ixazomib in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone on Multiple Myeloma disease progression at 2 years in participants who previously received a bortezomib-based induction regimen. The study will enroll approximately 160 participants, who are enrolled after completing 3 cycles of chemotherapy (Bortezomib-Based Induction Regimen). They are then treated with Ixazomib in addition to lenalidomide and dexamethasone.
This trial studies how well a decision aid website works in helping to make decisions about fertility in participants with cancer. Decision aid websites that provide information about fertility preservation (maintaining your ability to have children of your own after cancer treatment) may help participants with cancer make fertility-preservation decisions.
This Phase 3, 2-arm, randomized, active comparator-controlled, open-label, multicenter study will compare the efficacy and health-related quality of life (HR-QoL) and assess the safety of selinexor plus bortezomib (Velcade) plus low-dose dexamethasone (SVd) versus bortezomib plus low-dose dexamethasone (Vd) in adult patients with RRMM who have received 1 to 3 prior anti-multiple myeloma (MM) regimens. Crossover from the Vd Arm to a treatment that includes selinexor (i.e., SVdX or SdX) will be allowed at the point of IRC-confirmed objective disease progression per the IMWG criteria for patients in the Vd Arm.
