| Eligibility | Inclusion Criteria: - patients undergo regular operation of oro-maxillofacial surgery Exclusion Criteria: - easily nasal bleeding, mouth limited (opening mouth < 3cm), hypertension, diabetes, chronic sinusitis with operative history, patients unwilling to be included. |
