View clinical trials related to Milk Hypersensitivity.
Filter by:This is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled food challenge to be conducted in infants or children with confirmed IgE-mediated cow's milk allergy (CMA), followed by a 7-day open feeding of the experimental formula.
Primary Endpoint -The percentage of subjects who develop tolerance to cow's milk protein by 12 months post randomization to study formula. Secondary Endpoints - Tolerance - The transcriptional profile of milk-specific T cells by clinical outcome. - Growth and Weight Velocity - Stool Consistency and Frequency - The estimated frequency of milk-specific T cells by clinical outcome. - The TCR diversity of milk-specific T cells by clinical outcome. - The milk allergen component-specific IgE, IgG4 and IgA by clinical outcome. - Safety - The rate of reported adverse events by treatment group.
This is a multicenter, controlled, randomized, prospective, non-inferiority, double blind intervention trial to evaluate the children growth (at 6, 9 and 12 months) using a rice hydrolysed protein formula compared to an extensively cow's milk protein hydrolysed formula for the management of Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA).
This clinical trial will evaluate the efficacy of an amino acid formula in infants with allergic manifestations.
