This is a prospective, randomized, vehicle-controlled, double-blind, multi-center study assessing the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of B244 delivered as an intranasal spray for preventive treatment in subjects with episodic migraine.
The main objective of this study is to have Phase III evidences of the efficacy of the Cefaly® Abortive Program device used at home for 2 hours to treat a migraine attack. This randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled trial will study the abortive treatment of migraine using the Cefaly® Abortive Program device.

To develop a pragmatic migraine model the investigators will induce headache in patients with migraine without aura with a phosphodiesterase inhibitor (cilostazol). If the headache responds to sumatriptan injection, the model can be used to test new drug candidates.

Introduction: Despite the numerous pharmacological treatment options available for migraine attacks and for the prevention of thereof, less than 30% of patients with migraine are highly satisfied with their current treatment.
