The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in China's cancer disease spectrum is on the rise, and it is a common malignant tumor that harms the health of Chinese residents. In patients with synchronous metastatic colorectal cancer, RAS status is highly consistent in primary focus and metastasis, so NCCN guidelines recommend RAS testing of primary or metastatic tissue is feasible .However, there are also some reports that the difference of RAS status between primary and metastatic lesions was up to 22%.In additiont, there are few studies on whether the gene profile of the metastatic lesion is the same as that of the primary lesion in patients with postoperative heterogeneous metastasis in patients with stage III colorectal cancer.
The aim of BEVAMAINT is to improve benefic effect of maintenance therapy after a first line of induction chemotherapy for patients with colorectal cancer
This is a First-in-Human Phase IA/IB/II open label dose escalation study of intravenous (IV) administration of ONC-392, a humanized anti-CTLA4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody, as single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors and non-small cell lung cancers.
A study that is blinded to the patient and the investigator where the combination of Arfolitixorin + 5-FU is compared to Calciumfolinate + 5-FU. The patients will be randomised and will receive the above described combination as IV bolus injections, peroperatively in conjuction with collection of the first tissue sample. A low dose (30 mg) and a high dose (120) mg of Arfolitixorin will be used in order to investigate the relation between dose of Arfolitixorin and TS-inhibition.
The objective is to compare the efficacy and safety of CAPOXIRI+BEV therapy versus FOLFOXIRI+BEV therapy as first-line therapy in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
The metastatic ColoRectal Cancer (mCRC) Database base contains data collected during the regular clinical patient management in Centre Georges Francois Leclerc, Dijon.
The main purpose of this study is to compare the clinical benefit, as measured by Progression-Free Survival (PFS), Objective Response Rate (ORR), and Overall Survival (OS), achieved by nivolumab in combination with ipilimumab or by nivolumab monotherapy in participants with Microsatellite Instability High (MSI-H) or Mismatch Repair Deficient (dMMR) metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). This study will also compare nivolumab plus ipilimumab combination vs chemotherapy for treatment of MSI-H/dMMR mCRC participants.
This study is a multicenter, dose-escalating phase Ib clinical study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of GB226 in combination with fruquintinib in the treatment of mCRC, evaluate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of GB226 in combined therapy, evaluate immunogenicity of GB226, and explore the antitumor activity of GB226 in combination with fruquintinib in the treatment of mCRC.
patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who were initially RAS wild and failed at least 2 lines of chemotherapy will be enrolled. Anti-EGFR must have been given in 1st line. Those who remain RAS-wild upon retesting will receive rechallenge with panitumumab and chemotherapy
