The primary purposes of this study are to find out if using high doses of the drug Gefitinib (Iressa) as a way to treat patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the covering of the brain and/or spinal cord (meninges) results in any bad side effects; and to determine the highest dose that can be given to patients in this setting.

Safety: To evaluate the rate of local and systemic reactions when DAPTACEL® and Menactra vaccines are administered concomitantly compared to when each vaccine is given alone.

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter efficacy and safety trial to evaluate Mycograb®. Subjects will be randomized to receive either Mycograb® (dosed 1 mg/kg) or placebo during the first week of induction therapy (amphotericin B plus 5-flucytosine) via a central line or peripheral venous line twice daily for 7 consecutive days. The total duration of the study will be approximately 24 months.
