View clinical trials related to Maintenance Therapy.
Filter by:This study aims to evaluate whether maintenance therapy with Zanubrutinib monotherapy could improve the 2-year progression free survival (PFS) of patients with mantle cell lymphoma who had remission after first-line immunochemotherapy
N3 classification, rENE positivity is a high-risk type of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. EBV DNA remaining at detectable levels after induction chemotherapy is also a characteristic of high-risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Based on the available evidence, patients with high-risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma are recommended to receive oral maintenance therapy to reduce the risk of failure. The purpose of this study was to conduct a prospective, multicenter, randomized phase III clinical trial to determine whether maintenance therapy with triprilimab combined with capecitabine is better than maintenance therapy with capecitabine alone in high-risk nasopharyngeal carcinoma (N3+, rENE+, Detectable EBV DNA after 2 cycles of induction chemotherapy).
This study is a prospective, open-labelled, randomized, controlled, single-center clinical trial. The aim of this study is to compare the remission rate of patients treated with Telitacicept combined with azathioprine and azathioprine alone in remission-maintenance treatment of AAV.
The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of the "capecitabine combined with toripalimab maintenance regimen" in improving the first-line treatment of recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma after receiving remission through chemotherapy combined with anti PD-1 monoclonal antibody standard regimen.
This study is a prospective, open-labelled, randomized, controlled,multi-center clincial trial. The aim of this study is to verify that the remission rate of patients treated with Leflunomide is not inferior to that of patients treated with Azathioprine.
Although vitiligo is difficult to cure, recurrences are frequent after treatment, and many patients suffer from concerns about recurrence as well as disease. Psoriasis, another indication for ultraviolet radiation treatment, has been established that it can safely and effectively reduce the recurrence of psoriasis through monthly maintenance therapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of 308-nm excimer laser therapy for the prevention of relapse in vitiligo.

Psoriasis, another indication for ultraviolet radiation treatment, has been established that it can safely and effectively reduce the recurrence of psoriasis through monthly maintenance therapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of Narrow-band UV-B therapy for the prevention of relapse in vitiligo.
