NCT ID: NCT02856997 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

Chidamide With ICE Regimen for Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

Start date: September 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chidamide with ICE regimen in patients with relapsed/refractory Peripheral T Cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT02846935 Completed - T-cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

p53/p16-Independent Epigenetic Therapy With Oral Decitabine/Tetrahydrouridine for Refractory/Relapsed Lymphoid Malignancies

Start date: April 25, 2017
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the study drug works and safety of oral decitabine in patients with refractory or relapsed lymphoid malignancies. The decitabine is being given at a lower dose than used for its approved use. It is also being given with another drug, tetrahydrouridine (THU), to improve the exposure of lymphoma cells to decitabine.

NCT ID: NCT02844881 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

Study of Apatinib and MASCT in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: July 2016
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Apatinib and MASCT in patients with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT02840747 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, T-Cell, Cutaneous

Tissue Repository: CTCL Collection Protocol

Start date: July 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This document is a protocol for a non-interventional human research study in which the investigator hopes to better understand the changes that take place in T cells in Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). The purpose of this study is to establish a protocol for the collection and storage of tissue samples from patients with CTCL for future research studies. Collection and storage of tissue samples from control patients will also be carried out.

NCT ID: NCT02836886 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, T-Cell, Cutaneous

VircapSeq Virus Detection in Sézary Syndrome

Start date: June 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will be using this technique, called "VirCapSeq-VERT" to analyze the white blood cells of patients with Sézary syndrome. This could provide the foundation for future studies looking to understand the role that viruses play in the origin of Sézary syndrome. This could have important implications for the future development of new and effective therapies for the disease.

NCT ID: NCT02825147 Completed - Clinical trials for Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-Cell Lymphoma

Pegaspargase and Methotrexate Based Regimens for Newly Diagnosed Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma

Start date: September 2013
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is an aggressive tumor with higher incidence in Asia.Traditional CHOP/CHOP-like regiment can't produce satisfied outcome for the patients. Asparaginase-based treatment has been demonstrated as promising response rate and survival superiority. Stage-specified regimen may bring out exciting efficacy with good safety.

NCT ID: NCT02811783 Terminated - Mycosis Fungoides Clinical Trials

Naloxone Hydrochloride Study for Relief of Pruritus in Patients With MF or SS Forms of CTCL

Start date: January 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This multi-center, double-blind, vehicle-controlled, randomized crossover design study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of topically applied naloxone lotion, 0.5%, for the treatment of pruritus in patients with the mycosis fungoides (MF) or Sézary syndrome (SS) Forms of Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL). This study will also determine if there is systemic absorption of the drug in a subset of subjects and if so, describe the range and mean plasma levels reached after two weeks of three time daily (TID) dosing. Funding Source - FDA OOPD

NCT ID: NCT02809573 Completed - Clinical trials for Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

Clinical Trial of Chidamide Combined With CHOP in Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma Patients

Start date: August 11, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this dose-escalation study is to assess the safety and tolerability of treatment with Chidamide in a range of doses combined with CHOP in fixed dose in patients with newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT02808091 Terminated - Clinical trials for Extranodal NK-T-CELL LYMPHOMA

Bortezomib With Combination of Gemcitabine, Ifosfamide and Oxaliplatin in Untreated NK/T Cell Lymphoma

Gifox-B
Start date: March 2011
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

- Assess responses, progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) of the combination of GIFOX-B chemotherapy with intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) in Stage IB or bulky disease - II and without IMRT in Stage III - IV. - Assess the toxicity and maximum tolerated dose of bortezomib administered in combination with GIFOX chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT02797470 Active, not recruiting - HIV Infection Clinical Trials

Gene Therapy in Treating Patients With Human Immunodeficiency Virus-Related Lymphoma Receiving Stem Cell Transplant

Start date: June 23, 2016
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of gene therapy in treating patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-related lymphoma that did not respond to therapy or came back after an original response receiving stem cell transplant. In gene therapy, small stretches of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) called "anti-HIV genes" are introduced into the stem cells in the laboratory to make the gene therapy product used in this study. The type of anti-HIV genes and therapy in this study may make the patient's immune cells more resistant to HIV-1 and prevent new immune cells from getting infected with HIV-1.
