NCT ID: NCT04365036 Recruiting - Clinical trials for NK/T Cell Lymphoma Nos

A Multicenter, Phase 3, Randomized Trial of Sequencial Chemoradiotherapy With or Without Toripalimab (PD-1 Antibody) in Newly Diagnosed Early-Stage Extranodal Natural Killer/T Cell Lymphoma, Nasal Type (ENKTL)

Start date: May 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this randomized, multi-center,phase Ⅲ clinical trail is to compare the safety and efficacy of sequencial chemoradiotherapy with or without toripalimab (PD-1 antibody) for newly diagnosed early-stage extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTL)

NCT ID: NCT04362007 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma(PTCL),Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma(CTCL),Adult T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma(ATLL)

A Phase I/II Study of ASTX660 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory T-cell Lymphoma

Start date: July 14, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Phase 1 (dose-escalation part): Investigate the tolerability and safety of ASTX660 in patients with r/r PTCL and r/r CTCL and determine the recommended dose (RD) for the Phase 2. Phase 1 (ATLL expansion part): Evaluate the safety of ASTX660 at RD in patients with r/r ATLL. Phase 2 : Evaluate the efficacy of ASTX660 at RD in patients with r/r PTCL.

NCT ID: NCT04338282 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma, Nasal Type

Maintenance Therapy With Anti-PD-1 Antibody for Patients With NK/T-cell Lymphoma

Start date: June 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

For patients with NK/T-cell lymphoma, plasma EBV-DNA has been found to be a prognostic factor, and those with positive plasma EBV-DNA at the end of treatments are more likely to suffer from disease relapse. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the role of maintenance with anti-PD-1 antibody.

NCT ID: NCT04337593 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma

Combination of Basiliximab and Pegaspargase in the Treatment of ENKTCL

Start date: June 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Basiliximab in combination with pegaspargase in the treatment of relapsed/refractory NK/T-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04334174 Withdrawn - T Cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Study of Brentuximab Vedotin as Therapy After Autologous Stem Cell Transplant in Cluster of Differentiation Antigen 30 (CD30) Positive Peripheral TCell Lymphomas

BRENTICON-T
Start date: May 29, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

For participants with CD30 positive Mature T-cell lymphomas who have received brentuximab vedotin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (A-CHP) as induction (4 to 6 cycles) and achieved complete response (CR) or chemo-sensitive partial response (PR) and deemed suitable for autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) as consolidation, the investigators propose to add brentuximab vedotin after ASCT. There is currently no standard of care treatment to prevent relapse after upfront treatment or ASCT for CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma's (PTCL)s. An agent that could improve outcomes in this population would be a major contribution to the field and is likely to be practice changing. Therefore, in addition to studying the anti-lymphoma activity of A-CHP as induction therapy, for participants who respond to induction the investigators propose to add brentuximab vedotin consolidation after ASCT in participants treated with consolidative upfront ASCT.

NCT ID: NCT04331119 Recruiting - T-Cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Duvelisib Maintenance After Autologous Stem Cell Transplant in T-Cell Lymphomas

Start date: July 23, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The investigators hypothesize that duvelisib maintenance after autologous stem cell transplant in patients with T-cell lymphomas will be safe and well tolerated, and will improve progression free survival.

NCT ID: NCT04329130 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

Chidamide Combination With Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma

Start date: March 27, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this open label, single arm, phase Ⅱ clinical trail is to determine the safety and efficacy of Chidamide combination with lenalidomide for relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT04319601 Recruiting - Chemotherapy Effect Clinical Trials

Rituximab Combined With Chidamide and Lenalidomide for r/r AITL

AITL
Start date: March 13, 2020
Phase: N/A

Start date: September 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well letermovir works for the prevention of cytomegalovirus reactivation in patients with hematological malignancies treated with alemtuzumab. Patients receiving treatment with alemtuzumab may experience cytomegalovirus reactivation. Letermovir may block cytomegalovirus replication and prevent infection.
