NCT ID: NCT06462248 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Leukemia, Lymphocytic

Anti-CD19 Chimeric Antigen Receptor Modified T-cell (CAR-T) Therapy for Treatment of B-cell Hematological Malignancies

Start date: June 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

CAR-T therapy is now available as a commercial product for treatment of relapsed /refractory acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and B-lymphoma. There is limited access to this new treatment as the product is very expensive. It is imperative to develop cost effective, closed circuit manufacturing systems for CAR-T cells to make CAR-T cells a point-of care production option. Hong Kong Institute of Biotechnology has established a certified GMP facility and utilize the Prodigy system to manufacture CAR-T cells for clinical application. Prince of Wales Hospital and Hong Kong Children's Hospital will conduct the phase II clinical trial to confirm the efficacy and safety of local manufactured CAR-T cell product.

NCT ID: NCT04618081 Recruiting - Lymphoma Nonhodgkin Clinical Trials

Revlimid® Capsules General Drug Use-results Surveillance (Relapsed or Refractory FL and MZL)

Start date: December 18, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To ascertain the safety of Revlimid® Capsules 2.5 mg or 5 mg under the actual use conditions in patients who received R2 combination therapy with the drug and rituximab for the first time for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). In particular, this surveillance will collect only information of occurrence state and treatment methods on bone marrow depression (neutropenia), which is specified as a safety specification, as well as on tumor flare, for which attention should be called. 1. Planned registration period 1.5 years 2. Planned surveillance period 3 years from the start of this survey

NCT ID: NCT03971305 Recruiting - Pediatric Cancer Clinical Trials

A Prospective Multicenters Clinical Cohort Study of Stratified Treatment of Chinese Children With Systemic ALK(+) ALCL

Start date: May 5, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

With the development of molecular biology and precise medical treatment, new challenges have been raised in the diagnosis and treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in children. In recent years, the criteria for clinical staging and efficacy evaluation of NHL in children have been updated. Studies in Germany and the United States have shown that pathological types of systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in children and adolescents, minimal disseminated disease (MDD) in peripheral blood or bone marrow and minimal residual disease (MRD) are significantly associated with prognosis, suggesting that these factors need to be combined in risk stratification of ALCL patients. Recent studies have also suggested that PET/CT is helpful in evaluating residual lesions in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy. In order to keep pace with the times in the diagnosis, clinical staging, risk stratification, efficacy evaluation and treatment of NHL in children. We adjusted the original NHL-BFM-90/95 regimen, mainly in the aspects of clinical staging, efficacy evaluation, risk stratification and treatment regimen, etc.

NCT ID: NCT03483103 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

Lisocabtagene Maraleucel (JCAR017) as Second-Line Therapy (TRANSCEND-PILOT-017006)

Start date: July 27, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2, open-label, multicenter study to determine the efficacy and safety of lisocabtagene maraleucel (JCAR017) in adult subjects who have relapsed from, or are refractory to, a single line of immunochemotherapy for aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and are ineligible for hematopoietic stem cell transplant (based on age, performance status, and/or comorbidities). Subjects will receive treatment with lisocabtagene maraleucel and will be followed for 2 years for safety, pharmacokinetics and biomarkers, disease status, quality of life, and survival.
