Efficacy and Safety of ibrutinib in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and other indolent B-cell lymphomas who are chronic hepatitis B virus carriers or occult hepatitis B virus carriers

NCT ID: NCT02983097 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Therapy of Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoma by Combination of Lenalidomide + Rituximab, Dexa, High-dose ARA-C and CisP

R²-DHAP
Start date: November 2010
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of the combination of lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) with a standard immunochemotherapy treatment, called R-DHAP. R-DHAP consists of a monoclonal antibody called Rituximab and chemotherapy consisting of Dexamethasone, high dose Cytarabine, often called Ara-C, and platinum based chemotherapy, either cisplatinum, or, if treatment with cisplatinum is contraindicated, carboplatinum.

NCT ID: NCT02981745 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Study of Safety,Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of CT-1530 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, and Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia

Start date: April 1, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase I study of BTK inhibitor CT-1530 in patients with relapsed or refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM). The purpose of the study is to determine the MTD/RP2D of CT-1530, and evaluate its safety and tolerability as monotherapy in subjects with relapsed or refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM).

NCT ID: NCT02972840 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Mantle Cell

A Study of BR Alone Versus in Combination With Acalabrutinib in Subjects With Previously Untreated MCL

Start date: April 5, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is evaluating the efficacy of acalabrutinib in combination with bendamustine and rituximab (BR) compared with placebo plus BR in subjects with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT02952508 Recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Study of Iopofosine I 131 (CLR 131) in Select B-Cell Malignancies (CLOVER-1) and Pivotal Expansion in Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia

CLOVER-WaM
Start date: July 26, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Part A of this study evaluates iopofosine I 131 (CLR 131) in patients with select B-cell malignancies (multiple myeloma( MM), indolent chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL)/Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia (WM), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and central nervous system lymphoma (CNSL) who have been previously treated with standard therapy for their underlying malignancy. Part B (CLOVER-WaM) is a pivotal efficacy study evaluating IV administration of iopofosine I 131 in patients with WM that have received at least two prior lines of therapy.

NCT ID: NCT02950220 Completed - Clinical trials for Recurrent Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Pembrolizumab and Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Start date: January 12, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I/Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of ibrutinib when given together with pembrolizumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Given pembrolizumab and ibrutinib may work better in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT02927964 Completed - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

TLR9 Agonist SD-101, Ibrutinib, and Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Grade 1-3A Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: November 7, 2016
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase Ib/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist SD-101 when given together with ibrutinib and radiation therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with Low Grade Follicular Lymphoma, Marginal Zone Lymphoma, or Mantle Cell Lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement or no longer responds to treatment. Immunostimulants such as TLR9 agonist SD-101 may increase the ability of the immune system to fight infection and disease. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving TLR9 agonist SD-101 with ibrutinib and radiation therapy may induce an immune response and prolong anti-tumor response.

NCT ID: NCT02914938 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)
