A Study of Obinutuzumab in Combination With Idasanutlin and Venetoclax in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) Follicular Lymphoma (FL) or Rituximab in Combination With Idasanutlin and Venetoclax in Participants With R/R Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Start date: June 15, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, dose-escalation study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of obinutuzumab in combination with idasanutlin and venetoclax in participants with R/R FL and obinutuzumab or rituximab in combination with idasanutlin and venetoclax in participants with R/R DLBCL. The study will include an initial dose-escalation phase followed by an expansion phase. The dose-escalation phase is designed to determine the recommended phase II doses (RP2Ds) and regimen for idasanutlin and venetoclax in combination with obinutuzumab for FL participants and in combination with rituximab for DLBCL participants.

NCT ID: NCT03132584 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Cyclophosphamide and Alemtuzumab In Lymphoma

Start date: July 30, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This research study is studying a combination of chemotherapy drugs as a possible treatment for aggressive lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatment. The names of the study interventions involved in this study are: - Cyclophosphamide - Alemtuzumab

NCT ID: NCT03123393 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

TAK-659 in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Start date: October 10, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of TAK-659 measured by independent radiologic review committee (IRC)-assessed overall response rate (ORR) in participants with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.

NCT ID: NCT03103971 Terminated - Clinical trials for Recurrent Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

huJCAR014 CAR-T Cells in Treating Adult Patients With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma or Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Start date: November 3, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial studies the side effects of huJCAR014 in treating patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma or acute lymphoblastic leukemia. huJCAR014 CAR-T cells are made in the laboratory by genetically modifying a patient's T cells and may specifically kill cancer cells that have a molecule CD19 on their surfaces. In Stage 1, dose-finding studies will be conducted in 3 cohorts: 1. Aggressive B cell NHL 2. Low burden ALL 3. High burden ALL In Stage 2, studies may be conducted in one or more cohorts to collect further safety, PK, and efficacy information at the huJCAR014 dose level(s) selected in Stage 1 for the applicable cohort(s). There are two separate cohorts for stage 2: 1. Cohort 2A, CAR-naïve (n=10): patients who have never received CD19 CAR-T cell therapy. 2. Cohort 2B, CAR-exposed (n=27): patients who have previously failed CD19 CAR-T cell therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03037645 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Safety, PK, PD, and Antitumor Activity of Vecabrutinib (SNS-062) in B Lymphoid Cancers

Start date: April 28, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label Phase 1b/2 study in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL)or non hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) who have failed prior standard of care therapies including a BTK inhibitor where one is approved for the indication.

NCT ID: NCT02983097 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Therapy of Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoma by Combination of Lenalidomide + Rituximab, Dexa, High-dose ARA-C and CisP

R²-DHAP
Start date: November 2010
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of the combination of lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) with a standard immunochemotherapy treatment, called R-DHAP. R-DHAP consists of a monoclonal antibody called Rituximab and chemotherapy consisting of Dexamethasone, high dose Cytarabine, often called Ara-C, and platinum based chemotherapy, either cisplatinum, or, if treatment with cisplatinum is contraindicated, carboplatinum.

NCT ID: NCT02951156 Terminated - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Avelumab In Combination Regimens That Include An Immune Agonist, Epigenetic Modulator, CD20 Antagonist and/or Conventional Chemotherapy in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (R/R DLBCL)

NCT ID: NCT02877082 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Tacrolimus, Bortezomib, & Thymoglobulin in Preventing Low Toxicity GVHD in Donor Blood Stem Cell Transplant Patients

Start date: September 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well tacrolimus, bortezomib, and anti-thymocyte globulin (thymoglobulin) work in preventing low toxicity graft versus host disease (GVHD) in patients with blood cancer who are undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Tacrolimus and anti-thymocyte globulin may reduce the risk of the recipient's body rejecting the transplant by suppressing the recipient's immune system. Giving bortezomib after the transplant may help prevent GVHD by stopping the donor's cells from attacking the recipient. Giving tacrolimus, bortezomib, and anti-thymocyte globulin may be a better way to prevent low toxicity GVHD in patients with blood cancer undergoing donor stem cell transplant.
