Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether a semi-quantitative interpretation using the liver SUVmax as reference can better interpret 18F- FDG PET/CT and predict disease progression during chemotherapy or survival in NK/T-cell lymphoma.
1. To compare the therapeutic effects, safety and the corresponding pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics between two different method of drug administration: 10mg, daily and 30mg/d, twice every week, and find out the more effect way of Chidamide administration. 2. To examine whether Chidamide could activate EB virus, and whether the above two different ways of administration are different in EB virus activation.
This study is to make sure whether reduced-dose radiation treatment is sufficient to control the disease in patients with early-staged extranodal nasal-type NK/T-cell lymphoma, who have got complete remission tumor after chemotherapy in a new and more effective asparaginase-based GELOX regimen
