Phase I/II Study of SyB L-0501RI in Combination With Rituximab to Treat Lymphoma

Start date: April 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

For SyB L-0501RI administered by an intravenous rapid infusion in combination with rituximab, the safety will be investigated in previously untreated patients with low-grade B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (Lg-B-NHL) or mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and the safety and tolerability will be investigated in patients with recurrent/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

NCT ID: NCT03892044 Completed - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Duvelisib and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Richter Syndrome or Transformed Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: November 5, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of duvelisib when given together with nivolumab in treating patients with Richter syndrome or transformed follicular lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving duvelisib and nivolumab may work better in treating patients with Richter syndrome or transformed follicular lymphoma compared to giving duvelisib or nivolumab alone.

NCT ID: NCT03804996 Completed - B-Cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Start date: March 5, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Phase 1 first in human Study to Assess the Bispecific Antibody TG-1801 in Subjects with B-Cell Lymphoma

NCT ID: NCT03761056 Completed - B-cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Axicabtagene Ciloleucel as First-Line Therapy in Participants With High-Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma

ZUMA-12
Start date: January 29, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to estimate the efficacy of axicabtagene ciloleucel in participants with high-risk large B-cell lymphoma. After the end of KTE-C19-112 (ZUMA-12), participants who received an infusion of axicabtagene ciloleucel will complete the remainder of the 15-year follow-up assessments in a separate long-term follow-up study, KT-US-982-5968.

NCT ID: NCT03744676 Completed - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Safety Trial of Lisocabtagene Maraleucel (JCAR017) for Relapsed and Refractory (R/R) B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) in the Outpatient Setting (TRANSCEND-OUTREACH-007)

Start date: November 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multicenter, Phase 2 study to determine the safety, PK, and efficacy of lisocabtagene maraleucel (JCAR017) in subjects who have relapsed from, or are refractory to, two lines of immunochemotherapy for aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in the outpatient setting. Subjects will receive treatment with JCAR017 and will be followed for up to 2 years.

NCT ID: NCT03743246 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of JCAR017 in Pediatric Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory (r/r) B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) and B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)

Start date: October 17, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, single arm, multicohort study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of JCAR017 in pediatric subjects aged ≤ 25 years with CD19+ r/r B-ALL and B-NHL. Phase 1 will identify a recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). Phase 2 will evaluate the efficacy of JCAR017 RP2D in the following three disease cohorts: Cohort 1 (r/r B-ALL), Cohort 2 (MRD+ B-ALL) and Cohort 3 (r/r B-NHL, [DLBCL, BL, or PMBCL]). A Simon's Optimal two-stage study design will be applied to Cohort 1 and 2 in Phase 2.

NCT ID: NCT03688152 Completed - Clinical trials for Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

A Safety and Tolerability Study of INCB053914 in Combination With INCB050465 in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: December 3, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of INCB053914 in combination with INCB050465 in relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

Mobile Health Case Management System for Reducing Pediatric Treatment Abandonment

Start date: July 23, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Digital case management systems have the potential to increase compliance with protocol-driven treatment, reduce treatment abandonment and ultimately help to close the discrepancy in pediatric cancer outcomes between Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs) and high-income countries (HICs). The investigators aim to adapt an open-source digital case management platform to incorporate standardized pediatric oncology protocols. Effectiveness will be evaluated by provider protocol compliance (primary outcome) and patient treatment abandonment rates using the digital case management system as compared to historic controls. The study population will include patients diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or retinoblastoma at Bugando Medical Centre in Tanzania.
