NCT ID: NCT06340620 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

EUS Examination Using EndoSound Vision System vs. Standard Echoendoscope

Start date: March 25, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized trial to compare the standard echoendoscope with the newly developed EndoSound Visual System in the evaluation of lesions in the gastrointestinal tract.

NCT ID: NCT04456283 Recruiting - Cancer of Rectum Clinical Trials

Survival of Patients With a Reduction in the Number of Lymph Nodes in Rectal Cancer After Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy

Start date: May 20, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Objective: To analyze the survival of patients with a reduction in the number of resected LN in patients submitted to neoadjuvant and total excision of the mesorectum with rectal cancer. Expected results: Survival rate between patients Complete Pathologic Response with less than 12 LN and 12 or more LN. To determine the difference in survival between patients with less than 12 LN in complete versus incomplete response.

NCT ID: NCT04403867 Recruiting - Cervical Cancer Clinical Trials

The Role of Micrometastasis and Isolated Tumor Cells (ITCs) in Endometrial and Cervical Cancer. A Multicenter Study.

ITCMicroUtCa
Start date: January 2, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The role of small-volume lymph node disease (ITC and micro metastases) among patients with endometrial or cervical cancer submitted to sentinel node (SLN) procedure is not clearly defined. This study was designed to create a dataset of patients with lymph nodal disease. Data on type and volume of lymph nodal disease, therapeutic choices and oncological outcomes (DFS, OS, recurrence rate) will be collected and analyzed. This will allow to define the groups of patients who may need or for whom it can be avoided any adjuvant treatment on the basis of lymph node status.

NCT ID: NCT04328792 Recruiting - Lymph Node Disease Clinical Trials

Prediction Model of CP-EBUS in the Diagnosis of Lymph Nodes

Start date: July 1, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) multimodal image including grey scale, blood flow doppler and elastography, can be used as non-invasive diagnosis and supplement the pathological result, which has important clinical application value. In this study, EBUS multimodal image database of 1000 inthoracic benign and malignant lymph nodes (LNs) will be constructed to train deep learning neural networks, which can automatically select representative images and diagnose LNs. Investigators will establish an artificial intelligence prediction model based on deep learning of intrathoracic LNs, and verify the model in other 300 LNs.

NCT ID: NCT03903471 Recruiting - Lymph Node Disease Clinical Trials

22G-ProCore vs 22G-Standard Needle in Diagnosis of Lymphadenopathy by EBUS-TBNA

Start date: October 8, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to compare the performance of 22G-ProCore and 22G-Standard needle in diagnosis of mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy via EBUS-TBNA with the purpose to explore the optimal technique for obtaining diagnostic material.

NCT ID: NCT03621852 Recruiting - Lymph Node Disease Clinical Trials

Prospective Evaluation of the Diagnostic Efficacy of a EUS Guided FNB Needle (AQUIRE®)

Start date: July 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The present study investigates the efficacy of a new Endoultrasound guided fine needle biopsy (EUS-FNB) device (AquireTM Boston Scientific= AQUIRE®) for obtaining histological tissue cylinders in the diagnosis of solid pancreatic tumors, submucosal tumors of the upper gastrointestinal tract (esophagus, stomach, duodenum) and lymph node disease..
