-Operative delivery and cs delivery are increasing nowadays so US during labour is vital to predict these interventions

Inclusion Criteria:

• primigravida

• pregnant full term

• no medical disorders

Exclusion Criteria:

• multigravida

• any medical disorders

• preterm labour
