Inclusion Criteria: - patients with inflammatory bowel disease, diagnosed by endoscopy, clinical , biochemical correlation and histopathological biopsy Exclusion Criteria: - patients have : - Appendicitis - sigmoid diverticular disease - Infectious colitis - patients known to have cancer colon |
