Inclusion Criteria: - pediatric patients undergoing general anesthesia for neurosurgery, major abdominal surgery, and cardiac surgical procedures. Exclusion Criteria: - preoperative Ejection fraction <30% - underlying lung disease - cardiac arrhythmia |
