NCT ID: NCT05945706 Recruiting - Acute Kidney Injury Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Renal Resistive Index in Patients With Controlled Hypotension

Start date: July 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In recent studies, it has been reported that the renal resistive index is effective in detecting postoperative acute kidney injury in the early period. This study aims to evaluate the preoperative and postoperative renal resistive index variation with intraoperative controlled hypotension and research the renal resistive index's utility in the early detection of renal dysfunction that may develop after surgery.

NCT ID: NCT03917004 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hypotension,Controlled

Correlation Analysis of the Effects of Management Pressure Goals and Control Volume Goals in Patients in Spinal Surgery

Start date: April 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators study 160 patients undergoing spinal surgery.Participants will be randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group will receive controlled hypotension by nitroglycerin and be divided into 3 groups according to CI.

NCT ID: NCT03653442 Completed - Caesarean Section Clinical Trials

Non Invasive Haemodynamics in Neuraxial Anaesthesia Hypotension

NIHNAH
Start date: June 10, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Spinal (or neuraxial) anaesthesia is still considered the first choice technique for elective Caesarean section as simple, quick, reliable and cheap. However, this anaesthetic method can be burdened by maternal hypotension with significant maternal and foetal implications.

NCT ID: NCT02001298 Completed - Clinical trials for Hypotension, Controlled

Remifentanil and Nitroprusside for Controlled Hypotension

Start date: June 2012
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is the comparison of the cardiovascular effects of remifentanil and nitroprusside for controlled hypotension
