Filter by:The proposed research focuses on developing and testing a web-based platform, called Jom-TestPlus, that will incorporate HIV self-testing (HIVST) with real-time e-counseling (eHIVST) with online-to-offline (O2O) linkage to HIV prevention and treatment services while simultaneously co-addressing chemsex-related needs for transgender women (TGW) in Malaysia. This model represents a potentially impactful strategy for reaching marginalized populations, like TGW, and allows immediate engagement in the post-test linkage process to prevention or treatment services.

This model represents a potentially impactful strategy for reaching marginalized populations, like MSM, and allows immediate engagement in the post-test linkage process to prevention or treatment services.
This project will involve conducting a Type I Hybrid Implementation Science trial to assess the efficacy of the JomPrEP app while measuring contextual implementation factors to guide its future adoption and scale-up.
This project will involve beta testing of the JomPrEP app to assess its usability and acceptability among Malaysian MSM.
The investigators will conduct a pilot RCT to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of the JomPrEP app and examine its preliminary efficacy in improving PrEP cascade compared with the control group.
The proposed study will be a 24-week intervention with a 12-month follow-up period to evaluate the impact of contingency management with stepped care to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) adherence and support services (CoMPASS) to promote HIV prevention among individuals with opioid use disorder who inject drugs. In parallel, the investigators will conduct an implementation focused process evaluation to inform real-world implementation of CoMPASS. .
This is a pilot study of an integrated rapid access HIV prevention program for People who inject drugs (PWID) called iRaPID. The program incorporates same-day access to Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT).
