Filter by:Background: Burkitt Lymphoma (BL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) are aggressive B cell lymphomas. Frontline treatment does not always work. Researchers want to see if a combination of drugs can help. Objective: To learn if it is safe to give people with certain cancers copanlisib together with rituximab and combination chemotherapy (DA-EPOCH-R). Eligibility: People ages 18 and older with relapsed and/or refractory highly aggressive B-cell lymphomas such as BL and certain types of DLBCL. Design: Participants will be screened with: Medical history Physical exam Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. A needle will be put into their hipbone. Marrow will be removed. Imaging scans of the chest, abdomen, pelvis, and/or brain Tumor biopsy (if needed) Blood and urine tests Heart function tests Treatment will be given in 21-day cycles for up to 6 cycles. Participants will get copanlisib by intravenous (IV) infusion. They will also get a group of medicines called DA-EPOCH-R, as follows. They will get rituximab by IV infusion. Doxorubicin, etoposide, and vincristine will be mixed together in an IV bag and given by continuous IV infusion over 4 days. They will get cyclophosphamide by IV infusion. They will take prednisone by mouth. Participants will have frequent study visits. At these visits, they will repeat some screening tests. They may give tissue, saliva, and cheek swab samples. They will have at least one spinal tap. For this, a needle will be inserted into the spinal canal. Fluid will be removed. Participants will have a visit 30 days after treatment ends. They will have follow-up visits for at least 5 years.
This is an open label, multi-centre, phase Ib/II, parallel arm study evaluating the safety and tolerability of glofitamab in addition to backbone chemotherapy consisting of R-CHOP or polatuzumab vedotin-RCHP for younger patients with higher-risk Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma or High Grade B-Cell Lymphoma.
This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the robustness and persistence of immune responses to vaccination, define factors associated with impaired immune responses and assess the incidence of COVID-19 infections in vaccinated individuals. To do this, we will collect peripheral blood from patients with lymphoid cancers before and after their COVID-19 vaccination. The blood will be explored in the laboratory for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 and T-cell responses to the spike protein. Detailed clinical information will also be collated on about their cancer and treatment.
This is a single institution Phase I study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of E7777 when given prior to cyclophosphamide/fludarabine (CY/Flu) lymphodepletion (LD) chemotherapy and Kymriah, a commercial tisagenlecleucel product, for the treatment of relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who are at a higher risk for failure of CAR-T therapy.
This is an open-label Phase 1 study to determine the feasibility, safety, and the recommended maximum tolerated Dose (MTD) of a single infusion of RPM CD19 mbIL15 CAR-T cells for adult patients. Approximately 24 subjects will be enrolled and it is anticipated approximately 16 subjects will be infused at the varied doses of T cells.

This is a Phase I multi-center study to evaluate the safety of FT596 when given with rituximab as relapse prevention in patients who have undergone an autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplant (auto-HSCT) for diffuse large or high-grade B cell lymphoma.
The trial is an open-label, multi-center safety and preliminary efficacy trial of epcoritamab (EPKINLY™) in Japanese patients with relapsed, progressive or refractory B-cell lymphomas and Japanese patients with B-cell lymphomas that have achieved partial response (PR) or complete response (CR) following prior SOC. The trial consists of two parts: Part 1, dose escalation (phase 1), and Part 2, expansion (phase 2). The purpose of the dose-escalation part of the trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended Phase-2 dose (RP2D), as well as to establish the safety profile of epcoritamab in Japanese patients with relapsed, progressive or refractory B-cell lymphoma and Japanese patients with B-cell lymphomas that have achieved partial response (PR) or complete response (CR). In the expansion part, additional patients will be treated with epcoritamab, at the RP2D and the purpose is to further explore and determine the safety and efficacy of epcoritamab. Part 2 of the trial will be initiated once the RP2D has been determined in Part 1. In Part 2, epcoritamab is investigated as a monotherapy and in combination with other standard of care (SOC) agents.
