View clinical trials related to Hepatitis B.
Filter by:This is a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, multi center, dose ranging study of safety and efficacy in both volunteers with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and in volunteers with hepatitis D virus coinfection. Volunteers will be administered multiple oral doses of ATI-2173 and assessed for safety and efficacy including blood tests to show how the body metabolizes and eliminates the investigational drug as well as how the drug effects the virus infection.
The purpose of this study is to determine if vebicorvir (VBR, ABI-H0731) in combination with AB-729 is safe and effective in participants with chronic hepatitis B infection (cHBV) receiving a standard of care nucleos(t)ide/reverse transcriptase inhibitor (SOC NrtI).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, antiviral activity, and pharmacokinetics of ABI-H0731 in combination with entecavir (ETV) and with ETV plus pegylated-interferon alpha (Peg-IFNα) in Chinese participants with chronic hepatitis B virus infection (cHBV)
A study to evaluate the antiviral effects, immunogenicity, and safety of HepTcell in treatment-naive patients with inactive Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) and low Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) levels.
A Randomized Study of ALG-010133 Drug to Evaluate Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics After Single and Multiple Doses in Healthy Volunteers and CHB Subjects
This is a prospective, multi-centre, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 2a experimental study of oral FXR modulator EYP001a/placebo combined with NAs in virologically suppressed CHB patients to improve functional cure rates.
This study will explore the safety and antiviral activity of ABI-H0731 when added to a nucleos(t)ide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NrtI) in participants who are partially virologically suppressed.
This Phase 2a study will assess the safety, antiviral activity, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of ABI-H2158 administered once daily for up to 72 weeks in combination with entecavir (ETV) in participants with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
The purpose of this study is to study the risk of hepatitis flare in patients with previous hepatitis B virus exposure amongst patients on immunosuppressive and biological modifier therapies
An open-label, Phase 2, exploratory study to examine the safety and efficacy of inarigivir in non-cirrhotic, hepatitis B treatment-naive subjects with chronic HBV infection.
